"After I graduated I became the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a successful software company due to the Job Placement assistance at the College. I was able to come in and start in an executive position only because of what I had learned. In the six months I've been working here, we have increased sales by 40% over the previous year."

Associate Degree: Choices in life…

By: Alex Edwards, current AAS degree program student that finished the Ethics For Business Survival apprenticeship.
In life, one has to make many choices. Sometimes these choices are successful and sometimes they are not. It is observed in many cases that when one starts making the wrong choices, he starts trying to cover it up with lies or withheld communication. As sad as it is, this has become a ìNormalî operation for those avoiding to put their own ethics in. This starts a person on the road to dishonesty and is a road that some canít come back from without a little help. The Ethics For Business Survival apprenticeship allowed me to help a person in such a situation.
This apprenticeship utilizes the tools gained from the Ethics For Business Survival course, and has the student drill them to perfection, so that he may ultimately be able to handle any out-ethics situation that a person was involved in. Such was the result with me. I had done all of the drills, which prepared me to be able to bring someone from the lowest operating condition, Confusion, to the highest, Power.
After drilling, I then started the final task of the apprenticeship with a person who was in a bad situation with his school. Some promises werenít being kept and his attendance was suffering. We determined his condition to be a Danger condition and I had brought him up into the condition of Normal. At this point in time, the person had handled his situation all on his own thanks to applying the condition formulas correctly, and was on great terms with the school again.
I was very happy with the results of doing this apprenticeship and noticed that the person was much more in control of his life. Itís amazing to think that just by following the simple steps of the condition formulas that anyone can actually come out of the bad situation better than ever! By doing the course and apprenticeship, people can be fully trained in this area and could be so much more powerful over their immediate environment. As one can see, this pertains to every part of life, because in order to survive, be happy and succeed, one must be ethical. I think you can agree that when you look at all of your achievements, past and present, that the ones you are most happy about and which actually improved yours and othersí survival are the ones you came by honestly. So, I implore you to do this course and apprenticeship, not only to help yourself, but for the betterment of all of us on planet Earth. In my opinion, it is Ethics For Survival, period.

Associate Degree: Surreal education

By: Shawn Ingallina.  A degree student that just finished the Handling Ups and Downs in Life apprenticeship at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I recently finished the ìHandling the Ups and Downs in Lifeî apprenticeship, and I cannot believe how effective this Administrative Technology is. Iíve grown up around it, but have never truly appreciated the power it can have upon people. It is surreal that you can make a person feel so much better just by working out what their problem is and how to handle it. Knowing how effective this data is, I cannot wait to use it in my own company.

Associate Degree: Data for life!

I am Eduardo Santos, a student from Coahuila, Mexico and I just finished the Ups and Downs in Life apprenticeship on the AAS degree program at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I think this course was excellent, because I realized a lot of things I didnít know. I am now able to detect both antisocial and social personalities. I consider this to be a very important thing, because youíll know what to expect from people according to their actions and thoughts.
I think this data will help me a lot in my life, because now that I know what a potential trouble source (PTS) and suppressive person is, I can identify it promptly and do something about the situation. I also had some realizations about accidents and illnesses in the workplace, and how theyíre relative to coincidence or bad luck in regards to the cause of such things.
When you know this data, everything will seem easier, because you know how to handle it. I recommend this course to everyone.

Associate Degree: Policy apprenticeship

By: Jonathan Turton.  A student on the degree program at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I just completed my policy apprenticeship. I really liked this apprenticeship, because it was pretty straight forward. I was able to successfully and accurately put in policy for a dental office. The policy solved the problem of wasting five minutes between the shift of a dental hygienist and a dentist.  Putting all this together in time and money will save the dental practice $10,000 in production per year. Now that this is solved, the staff will be more efficient and prepared for their duties.

Associate Degree: Executive Leadership

My name is Shawn Ingallina, and I recently finished the Executive Basics and Effective Leadership courses at Hubbard College of Administartion International.
These courses are key in making an executive. The knowledge of how to be an executive is some of the most important data I have ever learned. In the past, I have bypassed my juniors, because I felt that I could do the job not only better, but also more efficiently. I learned how an executive is supposed to manage, which turns out to be the opposite of how I have been doing it. Instead of getting mad at every opportunity, I have learned how to take responsibility for being that personsí senior.  The importance of hatting is extremely significant and often overlooked. By hatting and training your staff, you increase their efficiency, productivity and their control over their areas.
I would recommend this courses to anyone who wishes to be a successful executive, they are the best and only way one should manage.

Associate Degree: How To Foster Efficiency In Your Company

Associate Degree: How to Foster Efficiency in Your Company
By Jack Cheng, a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Efficiency is a major thing in a company; everyone wants to increase it.  It is the thing that every executive, business owner and staff member wants. Why, because efficiency is the way to success. If a person can do things with efficiency, he can do things quicker and better.
In this course, I realized that unnecessary work (or what is referred to as developed traffic or Dev-T) can happen in many different ways.  Also, once you have one of these forms of inefficiency, you will create others.  For example, when information is routed incorrectly, one spends productivity time on it.  Then his production duties become backlogged.  If the backlogs pile up, one can become reasonable on those backlogs, and then more and more Dev-T is produced.
On this course, I learned how to recognize the different types of Dev-T and the way to handle them.

Associate Degree: Basic Organization

Basic Organization Success Story
By Jamie Chang, a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Running an organization isnít a piece of cake, but if you have the knowledge of it, thereís nothing that can stop you!
Nowadays, there are many organizations running out there, but are they really running? Are they really producing products? In other words, are they really counted as ORGANIZATIONS? Or are they just a group of people who donít know what theyíre really doing?
Completing the Basic Organization course is a huge step for me, and it taught me how to establish an actual organization and how I can train employees to get a lot production.  In fact, I realized that not only does this technology apply to a business, but also to your personal life.  Once your life gets organized, you are ready to rock and roll, and there wonít be any obstacle in your path to success.
The HCA is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students. I am currently on the ìBasic Organizationî Apprenticeship.

Associate Degree: Efficiency Course

Blog of Efficiency course.
I am Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei, Taiwan on the Associate Degree Program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
I had a lot of fun on Efficiency course.  One must wonder what he can really do to improve efficiency in his company. Using technical equipment? Learn more on the subject of management by reading books?  Work harder? All of the above are wrong. The way to get efficiency in your company is covered in this course.
The data included about routing the proper communication forms and how to reduce the develop-traffic by inspecting the flows in my organization is what has resulted in increased efficiency.  Also the communication system is a very good idea for an organization, which has stocked traffic. I think the main thing about this course is the list of dev-t, it tells you how to directly spot the dev-t out, and then I can know what kind of dev-t is occurring, which gives me the opportunity to handle it right away.
I strongly recommend everyone to do this course especially someone who has no idea how to handle the backlogs and who always is frantically working hard, but not actually increasing the efficiency. Here is something that you really want and need.

Associate Degree: Financial Planning

I have never enjoyed or was fond of financial planning. However, after studying the financial planning course at Hubbard College, it started to seem more doable and in some ways enjoyable. As all other courses, I had an apprenticeship after. During my implementation of the technology of financial planning, this subject became easy, doable and somewhat fun. I had to take the current scene to an ideal scene of how finances are supposed to be organized and handled. A lot of companies have somewhat of a financial planning committee, but does it actually function? Does it result in solvency? Well, I think we have the answer to that ìITíS THE ECONOMYî excuse. People go bankrupt, because of this economy and how bad the finances are. After having this technology of how money is handled, how to remain solvent, how to cause expansion and how to build up a cushion to fall back on, our problems are solved and the ìeconomyî is no longer the cause of all our problems.
Imagine all nations solvent, organizations expanding and people paying all their debts. Wouldnít that be the ideal scene for this planet? Well, the technology is there and open to all public, even you. Itís about time we become cause over our financial situation and apply the correct and effective financial Planning.
