Hello, my name is Monica Gonzalez, and Iím from Mexico.  I have a bachelorís degree in Fashion and Textile Design.  I was lacking on the Administrative side of business and that is why I chose to enroll at Hubbard Collage of Administration International.
After doing the ìFormulas For Business Successî and ìManagement By Statisticsî courses, a manager has no excuse for having low statistics in any type of business.  These courses show one what to do in every condition by means of how to solve situations and keep the statistics up trending.   Everyone who has a business should do these courses. If one uses the information correctly, it literally guarantees success!

Associate Degree: The Foundation of Confidence

My name is Edwin Chuo, and I just finished the ìHow to Get Things Doneî course as part of my Associate in Applied Science degree in Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
Before this course, I was afraid to give orders to others.   Therefore, I had a very hard time working with people in the office. When I failed to get the order complied with, I had to do all the work by myself. The boss usually got upset at me especially when I failed to get everything needed done.  This changed during the course.  I have learned how to confront people and handle them despite their counter efforts. It has established a foundation of confidence within me to carry out orders and really get these orders complied with.  This has also made it easy to handle peopleís disobedience in the work place. Finally, I learned about the difference between good control and bad control, and with that I know how to really get the job done and how to handle any difficulties I may encounter in the work place.

Associate Degree: Management by Statistics

I am Eduardo Santos, a Mexican student from Monclova, Coahuila and I just finished the Management by Statistics course on the Associate in Applied Science degree in management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
Everyone would like to know what must be done in order to have a successful and ever expanding business. Well, the key to achieving this is managing by statistics.
Many businesses and governments have failed and collapsed for no apparent reason to some.  The truth is that they didn’t have a reliable and effective method of managing.  They didn’t know when, what or why they should implement certain programs. They just kept on guessing, changing a little bit here, adding a little bit there, because that seemed like a good choice.
These types of groups will keep doing this as long as the organization is still standing, but let me tell you, that there is a whole technology that will tell you how to keep things working without the unpredictable odds that come with guess work.
STATISTICS are a number or amount compared to an earlier number or amount.  Theyíre a tool that present a manager with reliable indicators to use to establish predication and produce a continuous successful pattern.  A viable statistic tells of production, that is what it does.
This course gives you all the data you need to correctly scale a graph and how to accurately detect the condition, which is an operating state of the system the statistic is measuring.  Will the worker that is in the line of production have the same statistic as the regional manager?  Should I keep my statistic on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? What happens if I am doing everything that is possible, but my statistic is still not improving?
I can assure you that all these questions are answered on this incredible course.  It resolves all of the possible doubts you can have on how to correctly manage an organization, and how to select the correct statistics to keep an organization information center, which is a visual display of the key statistics of an organization in one place.  Last, but not least, this course tells you what is the biggest mistake you can do while managing by statistics, which is to NEVER be reasonable about
interpreting a statistic.
What is meant by being ìreasonableî is that you should always investigate and find out what are the exact actions that caused your statistic to be trending in the direction it is. I am eager to do the apprenticeship of this course and I know that if I apply this data to any company, and even to my life, I would be absolutely certain that the only way to go from here is up, up, up!

Associate Degree: PR Key to Success

I am Wesley Kuo, an American student from Taiwan that just finished the Public Relations (PR) course on the Associate in Applied Science degree in management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration.
The PR course is amazing!  By doing this course I got a clear concept about what PR is (good and bad), and how to implement PR. Also, this course covers a very important point, what is referred to as ìthe opinion leader.î This is the type of person who has a lot of influence and can affect other opinions, so itís very important to know how to conduct a proper PR campaign using this individual, thus having much more of a positive impact on others.
I realized the basic theory for PR in this course, which I can now take with me in order to apply it in my career!

Associate Degree: Planning with programs

By Alex Edwards. A student who finished “Make Planning Become an Actuality” course on the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
Companies today certainly have no shortage of plans. They distribute and sell them in abundance. However, how many of these plans actually prove to be successful? How many of them were given enough attention, but not so much that it detracts from other plans? In addition to that, how many are actually being DONE? The answer is simply, not enough. Our entire economic system is in turmoil due to planning not becoming an actuality. California is a good example of this. The state’s officials have made the planning for getting the state out of such drastic debt a dogís breakfast, and have not made enough substantial breakthroughs in handling the situation. What if you knew exactly all of the rules and all of the requirements, so that you can fully execute a valid and successful plan in your business? Boy, if the stateís officials had this information, they would surely make headway. This is exactly what you learn on this course!
Before doing this course, I didnít know all that much about planning. I knew that you had to do research and observe what worked, but I was without the data on each of the exact steps in establishing the firm route to success in planning. Now my entire reality on the subject has been changed for the better.  I know every category of action necessary to successfully execute a plan, that there is in planning and I know what to do when a program, which is a series of actions necessary to implement a plan, isnít moving along or even when a plan has been guided into the wrong direction by an executive.
After reading all of the articles in the course, I got to write up my own program for my job.  I put all of the data that I learned from the course to use and made a full and valid program that I could apply. I then put the program into action and it was an immediate success!

Management training: Formulas for Business Success

My name is Lex Howard and I completed the ìFormulas for Business Successî course at Hubbard College of Administration International (HCA).
I canít express how much confidence it gives me to go back into the workplace and just know that I can make things happen in our company.  When I went to bed each night after course, I would think of all the ways this knowledge is going to be able to be applied to my company, and how I can pass this excitement I feel to the entire staff.  It makes me wish I could stay here full time and go straight through the management program and come back to my company with a fresh new view.
Even though I donít have a full understanding of planning and keeping statistics yet, with just the technology I have learned in Formulas for Business Success, I will make my company flourish.
What impresses me most about Hubbard College is the success of its graduates. I am excited that I can use this technology to be one of them.

Associate Degree: Simple tool, profound IMPACT!

My name is Josh Lin, and I finished the ìHow To Evaluate and Predict Human Behaviorî apprenticeship on my Associate in Applied Science degree in business management at Hubbard College of Administration International.
In actual application of what Iíve learned from How To Evaluate and Predict Human Behavior course, I realize that how to hire the right employees to get the work done with higher morale. The interesting thing is that there are actually three factors that affect your environment. These factors are Affinity, Reality and Communication. This is referred to as the ARC Triangle. When I was working, I suddenly realized that I was feeling a little bored, because of doing the same action again and again and again. My affinity regarding my work was becoming less, and I became quieter. However, when another person talked to me, I suddenly felt happier.  I felt I was rekindled and became more alive. Then I had more interest to do the work I was doing. In other words, my affinity towards my work increased. At that moment I concentrated on my work again, because I knew what I was really doing.
My reality level at work became better as well. In order to have a good and efficient working environment, the ARC Triangle must exist. When one corner of the ARC Triangle increases, the other two increase as well. Application of ARC Triangle is what I mostly took from this apprenticeship. I know I will do better professionally based on my application of this principal!

Associate Degree: Grow yourself while growing the company!

By Alex Edwards, who just finished the “How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company” course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in business management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA) in Los Angeles, CA.
In our current society, our abilities and skills are worth more than ever. Companies desperately look for people to hire who will actually DO what is needed and not just maintain the status quo, which holds up the expansion of the organization. One very important aspect of a person is his efficiency. Itís very simple really; if one worker can complete something in half the amount of time of another, then whom are you going to hire? The efficient one of course.
Now, what if a person isn’t able to comply with orders as quickly as another? Is he doomed to eternal failure? Well, the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company course enlightens you about a disease called ìDeveloped-Trafficî (Unnecessary and unusual work), which obliterates two-thirds of a companyís efficiency. It gives a very detailed look into all of the different manifestations that Developed-Traffic can take and how to handle them. Upon recognizing the forms of Developed-Traffic, a person can see how to handle and put an end to it. An example of Developed-Traffic is failure to get an order clarified. When a person doesnít understand what needs to be done, he can’t be expected to get it done fast. If the person clarified the order, then it would have gotten done then and there. Knowing of the 51 types of Developed-Traffic, including this one, a fellow’s efficiency will dramatically increase and he’ll soon find himself with plenty of extra time to get even more done.
As a result of doing this course, I have been able to get all of my work done in the office at twice the speed. My statistics in the office have been significantly increasing each week and I find myself with my daily targets and tasks completed well before the day is over. Then I just go find even more work to do in another area of the company that I can handle. By just following and understanding everything gone over in the pages of this course, my worth to the company has gotten nothing but more valuable.
I recommend you do this course, so that your company can grow larger and recognize you for it.

Associate Degree: Selling Can Be Fun

By Gloria Liu, a Taiwanese student from Taipei on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

During the “How to Create Want for Your Products through Effective Sales Techniques” apprenticeship, I learned more about why you need to be informed about the product you are selling. I learned that one needs to know the features, the benefits of the product, about the business and owner who you are trying to sell to, as well as knowing about the price and payment options to name a few. It was exciting to do sales, because you only can get “one-shot.” There was no “start over again” or other types of classroom re-tries.  Either you get the customer to buy or you lose him.j0289528
I had wins selling my company’s products to six different individuals. They were all unique sales. Each of them had their own concerns and had their own interests. However, by locating their interest, I was able to sell them what they needed and wanted. Itís fascinating to find a person’s interest and cultivate their willingness to buy a specific product. Fundamentally, sell them what they want, donít try to sell them everything.
I am currently on the “Marketing and Public Relations Surveys” apprenticeship.
