Associate Degree: Internship; AN ACTUAL INTERNSHIP!

My name is Miranda Hazen.  I am a degree student from Los Angeles.  I just completed the internship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I chose to do my internship at a bridal and evening gown company. This was an amazing learning experience for me and I gained so many wins, as I had to overcome so many challenges.
First of all, I have so much confidence in what I have learned on all of the courses on the degree Program. I have total certainty that I can use all of the knowledge that I have learned. When going into this company, I was able to pin point what areas needed improvement and actually handle them. I feel that I now have so much more confront on many things in life, just by doing this. I am not at all worried about making a successful living on my own now, and itís due to the fact that this program prepares you for anything. It gave me an ability and sense of control that I would have never gotten at any other school out there.
In working in this company I had to use a lot of the basic tools that I have learned.  I used a lot of my communication skills, Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC) Triangle, the correct gradients, etc. With all of the tools I implemented into her company, I was able to 4x her sales and 3x her production! I also used the HCAI Business Analysis Test to see what the condition her company was in before and after my internship, which showed great improvement.
I also had a wonderful time working with the owner, as I was able to see more closely how the Fashion Industry works. I was able to witness the different day-to-day tasks that she has to do and it was an eye opening experience for me. This was an especially great experience, as my field of interest is fashion.
Overall, this degree program and internship was wonderful! I feel that I now have the ability and strength to succeed in anything I decide to do!

Business Degree: Increase Efficiency

My name is Jaime Chang.  I just finished the ìHow To Increase Efficiency In Your Companyî apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I had such a huge win and a lot of fun while doing this apprenticeship. It was somewhat hard in the beginning. However, the company owner gave us clear direction on what she wanted and needed.  She has a bridal shop, and I worked with another student on developing a program for her. With the other studentís help, the program was done perfectly. We got all the information the owner wanted and this helped her a lot on the current marketing she was doing.
From this apprenticeship, I realized that a good program and a well-set plan will obtain the valuable final products (VFPs) both effectively and efficiently.  Creating effective programs is the first step.  It is vital to have this step in before one can even think about organizing the execution of such programs.
I really had a good time doing this.  Not only did I enjoy the experience of the apprenticeship, I have more experience in the fashion industry, which is something I have been interested in. This further leads me towards my personal goal in life. I thank Miranda Hazen, the student that helped me and Caroline, the business owner, for giving me this opportunity to have such a wonderful experience. I can see how this technology helps me apply what Iíve learned on the program to better my life.

Business Degree: Importance of Policy

My name is Jamie Chang. I just finished the ìHow To Make Planning Become An Actualityî apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.
It was an honor to work with the company representative, Caroline Hallak and degree student, Miranda Hazen. Caroline is a designer for bridal gowns and Iíve always been interested about fashion. From this apprenticeship I realize how important it is to issue the ìBasic Purposeî as a first policy in a company, because any company wants their brand well known by public. After doing this apprenticeship, I now know how vital the practice of issuing policy to a company is in helping it materialize the ownerís ideas and ultimately reach its goals.

Associate Degree:

I am Jack Cheng, a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I just finished the ìPublic Relationsî course.
In this modern society, Public Relations (PR) becomes a common word, but What does PR mean? Who should use PR? Where does PR apply? When should PR be used? It may seem that there are a thousand answers to these questions. However, this course answered ALL OF THEM! This course contains an organized, systematic and applicable description, which makes the complex subject ñ PR become easier to understand.
Before I took this course, I thought PR was just used in a large company or by rich men, not by the normal person like myself. After reading this course, my viewpoint completely changed. I just realized that PR should be applied to anyone. This is an information age. The competition in a multitude of ways can attack a company. How do you handle that? Using PR technology will help make your company well known on your terms.
In this course, I cleared a lot of false ideas and fixed ideas I had about PR. Now, I have a much better understanding on this subject. This is not a difficult subject, and I recommend that you come study it.  Doing so will give you the confidence I have on the subject. It also helped me increase my ability to handle my life, and I feel great about that.

Associate Degree: Ethics For Business Survival

I am Kenny Chen from Taipei City, Taiwan. I just finished the ìEthics for Business Survivalî apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.
The apprenticeship calls for you to get a person into a better condition (operating state) using the management tools learned on the course.  In the beginning, I recognized that the person was in a very low condition, and I was a little afraid that I wouldnít be able to complete this.  I did not think I could help her. I thought his would be too difficult for me.
However, when I started to just apply what I had practiced, I observed her becoming better and better. I was able to use the management tools of helping her staff to get in a much better condition. The positive change occurred, because she followed the appropriate condition formula step by step. The condition formulas work!
I really liked this apprenticeship. It let me understand more clearly about the data I learned from the ìEthics for Business Survivalî course. I am thankful for all the help I received from the faculty and staff. They helped me through all the problems and questions I had during the apprenticeship.

Associate Degree: Confidence After Graduation!

Iím Francisco Chavez, a Peruvian student from Lima.  I just completed the internship for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  With this completion, I earned my diploma.
Iíve gained a lot of experience doing my internship at GaryMichealsOnline.Corp. During this time, I feel that Iíve really applied all the Administrative Technology learned at the Hubbard College of Administration Int’l and have witnessed its results.
Now that Iím done with my degree program, Iím going to start working with my step-dad. As a result of the internship, weíve started a new family business that is going to be running full-on using LRH Admin Tech. In fact, we already have signed our first international artist contract!
Furthermore, during my internship, I thought of a lot of ideas and formulated some plans to apply later for my own business.
It was very satisfying to be able to help my family create a new business as a way to reward them for their support and help in getting me through my studies here at Hubbard College of Administration International.

Associate Degree: INCOME GREATER THAN DISBURSEMENT

Associate Degree: Financial Planning Course & Apprenticeship
My name is Jack Cheng. Iím a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the Associate of Applied Science degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I just finished the ìFinancial Planningî course.
ìINCOME GREATER THAN DISBURSEMENTî is the major thing in the business world. Indeed, one purpose for any company is ìmaking money.î Obviously a company canít survive without it. However, just focusing on making money isnít enough. When youíre making money, you will have disbursements (bills, purchase orders, rents, taxes, etc.) that need to be managed carefully.  Poor management of such disbursements result in negative consequences.
In this course I learned the policy about how to handle the financial particles in a company. Then, in the apprenticeship, I put all I learned into a company. That is a good way for me to learn finance. Before I learned it, I thought finance was a complex subject, and I wished I didnít have to touch it. Yet, after this course and apprenticeship, I felt good about it. I realized that the subject of finance isnít the game of figures, but the flows in a company. If one can manage the flows well, he can manage the finances well.
Now, I have more confidence on how to handle the financial situations that arise in a company, and I have more tools to manage financial particle flow. The subject of finance is no longer a problem for me. I am glad to have this knowledge in my life.
