When I started the course, I thought It was not hard to be an executive.  You just needed to set a goal, give orders and get compliance from the employees.  But after I finished the course, I found that being an executive is the most difficult post in the world.  An executive is responsible for all employees, the whole organization and even the society.  As an executive, I will need to use lots of ARC, lots of technology and lots of courage to deal with everything.  Always being a nice guy (or gal) cannot help your company improve but using lots of Hubbard Administrative tools can!!

Talking to my employee about her recent decline in her sales numbers has made a tremendous impact. By having her open up and discuss the downs in her life and helping her understand our support to her, has helped her regain her confidence. Her sales numbers have shot through the roof and have also improved our relationship. I strongly value the benefits of the ups and downs course and look forward to using this technology in business and everyday life.

I am so happy that I got success on this apprenticeship!!  It was a hard  for me to do it again and again, but now I know how to apply the knowledge I learned from the course in my real life!! I was so excited when I found I could increase the efficiency of a company and I could direct it to work in the right way!!!!  Loved this course!!!!

I just finished, “HOW TO GET THINGS DONE COURSE”.  This is an amazing course that I can now apply to my job!!  I work with young people that do not do what is asked of them very often. The information I learned I will get to use and apply for the rest of my life!

My name is Kelan Liparoto.  I am a student at Hubbard College.  I just finished, “How to Get Along with Others Apprenticeship.  I was very excited that this went so well!!  I am continueing to understandf this data event more when I get to go over it again with others!  Like LRH says, number of times through.  I applied PTS technology and she felt better and brightened up and that of course made me very happy!!  It was so awesome to watch it work.  When I started I was not very confident but now that I have applied it and watched it worked I am much more confident!!!

My name is Weber Chung. I am Hubbard college student. I just finished the Marketing Apprenticeship. I’ve learned a lot working with Lisa with the marketing campaign. When I first started, I wasn’t quite sure how should I market a service of this kind. However, as I was proceeding, I started to understand more about how to market a service.  So I did some surveys to find out what the public think. From that, Lisa and I designed a promo piece, which we sent out to her targeted public. It was quite fun working with her!!!

It helped me understand what I was doing wrong and why some of the actions I was taking were not working to increase the production.
