Management Degree: Basic Organization Theory Course
How to make things happen? How to produce what you want? How to survive? Org Board (Organizing Board)! This is the answer!
From doing this course as part of my management degree program, I learned and know the secret of “How to turn things out.” Because imagine that you have a business, but you can’t produce anything, how can you survive? So org board is one thing that helps you know how to set up your business environment and guide you in a series of steps to achieve the result. Therefore, you get the VFP (valuable final product). Thus you can have a business happen, produce what you want and you can survive.
Besides that, I also realized that so many businesses fail just because they don’t have a workable, correct or real organizing board, or even any at all. The confusion and difficulty happens only from no control. If there is no organizing board that can be seen, people won’t know how to organize and control their environment. So an organizing board is the really vital basis on having control and organization.
An org board is a tool which shows what the VFP (valuable final product) of one’s business is, what the job’s duties and functions are, and how the different kinds of particles flow, etc. Working with an org board, you know what you are doing and you are moving towards success. Therefore, it is really important to have it.
Unless the org board really exists, the confusion won’t vanish.
To have a successful business or life, you must have the key, an Org Board.

Org Board Course is very fun and it has a lot of useful data. As Josh wrote, you learn about valuable final product and how to work towards that in your organization. Many organizations don’t know what exactly their VFP is; therefore they eventually fail to deliver. What I noticed by doing different apprenticeships is that companies start with a goal and they have an ideal valuable final product in mind to exchange with their public. But eventually they fail to deliver their VFP and lose many customers. Having an Org Board will help to work towards that goal and helps organize an organization so they better their products and help them to work as a team.

I know the Org Board Course is very good. Before us company start the org board that is very hard job. But that is really useful and very help us improve the company situation. We can easy get and understand what is our VFP. I hope I can get good result in that course. good job Josh…..

The basic Organization course was a real eye opening course for me. Like Josh said it shows you what the FVP is and how to get there!!!. So i was taking the course, then i would think to myself okay so what’s my VFP’s, am i being organized in all of the areas in my life, and what is it exactly that I’m producing. With this data i’m now able to organize my life to be more efficient and to be able to reach my goals. The org. board simply made my life more clearer. I’m also now making an Org. Board for my dad business. Once i started to put it together for them i immediately was able to see how their business was operating and from this i was able to fix little confusions here and there. He will now have a smoother flowing business that could be viewed clearly with the Org Board! I would recommend this course to anyone who hasn’t taken it.

This was definitely one of my favorite course so far on the Associate Degree program! Having an Organizing Board in your company will make those small errors that cause big problems vanish.
It’s amazing how useful this course is. Everyone should make sure that they do this course and the apprenticeship that goes along with it!

That looks awsome. After reading your success story, I almost cannot wait for studying that course. Actually, I treat OB as the most important basis in an org, when this was done, the operation in your business in company must flue a the fastest river. Of course, there still have a lot of problem over the working world, that’s why we are here, and expect we can get techs to control the whole business, wasn’t it?

Although i haven’t taken Basic Org. course, but i do have a little bit experience on it when i was helping the Talent Night. I notice that it’s so vital to have a good BO and a good Org. Board.
