Having an Organizing Board in your company will make those small errors that cause big problems vanish. It's amazing how useful this course is. Everyone should make sure that they do this course and the apprenticeship that goes along with it! This was definitely one of my favorite course so far on the Associate Degree program! Like Josh said it shows you what the FVP is and how to get there!!!. So i was taking the course, then i would think to myself okay so what's my VFP's, am i being organized in all of the areas in my life, and what is it exactly that I'm producing. With this data i'm now able to organize my life to be more efficient and to be able to reach my goals. The org. board simply made my life more clearer. I'm also now making an Org. Board for my dad business. Once i started to put it together for them i immediately was able to see how their business was operating and from this i was able to fix little confusions here and there. He will now have a smoother flowing business that could be viewed clearly with the Org Board! I would recommend this course to anyone who hasn't taken it.
