Associate Degree: Organize By Product
My name is Ray Li, and Iím from Taiwan. I just finished the ì Basic Organizationî course enroute to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Management and Administration from Hubbard College of Administration International.
This is a good course. I learned many organizational things here. I now know how to actually structure an organization that includes drawing out the command and product lines. I also learned how to properly train people and determine what posts are needed and wanted based on the valuable final products produced by the organization.
