Consultant Training: How To Teach
Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and am currently studying to become a Certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International. I’ve just completed the course “Basic Study Manual for Company Training.”
This is a must study course for anyone and everyone who wants to enhance their learning abilities and know how to study to really get the most out of a subject. Most of the time when people come across learning barriers they don’t know how to handle them. They just let go of the subject or justify not learning it until the point of dropping it all together. This course teaches you WHY there are barriers to study, what they are and how to handle them. I have come to realize that I have had all these study barriers since I was little and that was the reason why I was incapable of understanding the subjects I wanted to learn about.
When I first studied this course in Taiwan, I applied the “dictionary” technique on my students (I teach English to adults in Taiwan) directly. The result was phenomenal. They learned 10 times faster than before! They could make up sentences faster and were able to learn new words each day along with not forgetting about the words they learned. I was almost in tears when I observed that not only their willingness to learn had sky rocketed, but also the enthusiastic look on their faces in learning a foreign language. I now restudied this book again at HCA. I can definitely see how the learning techniques can also be applied to the work place by helping the staff as well as the management to increase their learning abilities, thus helping such individuals to enhance their performance.
This technique is good for people of all ages. We all need to learn, and this course will help you learn HOW to learn effectively. It really works!

“Executive Status 1″at the Hubbard College of Administration International! There is a tool for any executive called the Administrative Scale. It’s very logical and very, very powerful! From the “Executive Status 1″ course, I learned every part of the scale and the application of it. It is just like a mathematical equation (one plus one equals two), you always get the right result once you add up all of the points of the scale completely.
The Consultant Level 2 Internship was truly amazing! I had an opportunity to work with a consulting company, and the interesting part was that this consultant company needed consulting themselves. I went in I looked at their Public Relations division (Sales) statistics, which had been lacking significantly. I was able to interview the Executives to see what the Executives needed and wanted from me. Then I started working with the person whose production was bugged.
This study technology is very useful in every aspect of life. Iím now equipped with a lot of valuable and practical data, which can be applied in my life to solve problems. Not only can I better solve problems, but also can be more causative in situations by applying the data.
It was an honor to work with the company representative, Caroline Hallak and degree student, Miranda Hazen. Caroline is a designer for bridal gowns and I’ve always been interested about fashion. From this apprenticeship, I now realize how important it is to issue the “Basic Purpose” as a first policy in a company, because any company wants their brand to be well known by public. This is what the “Basic Purpose” policy learned on the course does. After doing this apprenticeship, I now know how vital the practice of issuing policy to a company is in helping it materialize the owner’s ideas and ultimately reaching its goals.

One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.
