My internship gave me more than I expected.

First of all I learned how to write programs and get them followed through to the end. This is very important as one needs to follow the steps that have been thought-out and put in the right order to accomplish anything. The help from Hubbard College on this was really appreciated as they guided me to create real operating programs that lead to results.

Through the action of getting other people to follow orders I found out how important it is to write programs and orders on a gradient and in their own sphere of reality. There were things that I believed other people knew and should apply easily, but I found out they really couldn’t and that one must cut the gradient to get a result.

I used standard Hubbard Administrative Tech in a successful company in the U.S. and also in an unsuccessful one in Greece and I got results at both.

Applying my program to the first business resulted in more order and coordination. Personnel learned what an org board is and their positions in it. This actually made them happier and more secure while at the same time, they had a healthy stat improvement.

Prior to this, I thought that only businesses that had problems needed me. Now I know this tech can and should be applied at all businesses, specially in successful ones, as they need real help to go on being successful.

That was a big change in my viewpoint.

In Greece I helped a company that was in liability by putting order in so they could get their sales up. My program got them out of apathy and working to sell and get their stats up to a healthy range. From this I learned that putting in ethics and applying some control results in finding the real treasure in any business: able personnel that can get it going again.

I had to take full responsibility for this company and overcome many obstacles but with the help of my apprenticeship supervisor I got over the difficulties and helped change their lives.

Their stats are going up, and more importantly, they are using Hubbard Administrative Tech.

Before, there was “no hope” — now they know they can make it no matter what: they know there is a solution.

I also now see how easily my country could get over its difficulties and rise again to the glory it deserves. Sane, ethical people with good intentions using Hubbard Administrative Technology and some positive control, is all it would take to reveal my country’s real treasure.

What I have gained from this application is certainty in Hubbard Administration Technology and the amazing results it can give in practically “reviving” the dead.

It is one thing to have the theory of a subject: it’s a totally different thing to be able to apply it in real life. The internship gives you the certainty you need for the standard application that gets results. I had great support from Hubbard College in successfully applying my program and the necessary orders despite being many, many miles away and in a chaotic business environment, as exists in Greece today.

I want to thank the Hubbard College team that helped me through this experience as it strengthened my intention to apply Hubbard Administrative Technology and so fulfill my dreams.

I want also to thank my brother Alex Alemis for his support and for introducing me to Hubbard College, and of course thanks to the man that is behind all this, L. Ron Hubbard, who spent his life giving us the tools to help each other do better in life.

I look forward to continuing my studies at Hubbard College and business people looking for real solutions should do the same, as the results are very fast.

In this apprenticeship, I was able to help a dental practice by creating an Organizing Board. An Organizing Board is a form of infrastructure that can be designed and implemented in any company regardless of industry or size.

The dental practice is now more productive. Now all of the staff is able to refer to the Organizing Board to clear any confusions on their duties or even to explain to someone the flow of the dental practice including the flow of routing patients. This Organizating Board will also allow for the staff to know exactly what they are responsible for, how they take a role in the organization and who to refer to when in need of something.

In doing this apprenticeship, I was also able to further understand the cycles that a dental office goes through. I had a great time in helping the practice and in doing this apprenticeship!

Surveying can be seen so often.  Most companies are after the same thing; what are our customers thinking and saying?I think we’ve al done a survey for someone before wether at the mall, at home on the phone, etc.  I remember taking one once.   The surveyor told me that he was collecting the opinions from people who had been to their shops. He wanted to know why did people choose their product rather than others’.

The survey questions didn’t really get valid opinions, because the questions weren’t created properly.  This course teaches the key pints of surveying.  It elaborates how to create valid survey questions, who should you ask them and how to use survey results for different activities such as PR campaign.  This course gave me the confidence to get valuable data from the public and use it to help a business.

This apprenticeship is great for anyone who wants to bring sanity and organization to his or her company. I was most impressed with the way itbrought the theory of organization to reality, and instead of just having it in your head, you can have it in plain sight for everyone to see!

Done properly, the tools of organization help you create the proper products that you want to produce and what should be produced by every staff member in the company, whether the company is composed of 3 or 50 staff members.

To tell you the truth, these tools are fundamental for any organization to turn success into a daily achievement.

In the beginning I was a little bit afraid that no one would want to buy the product I was selling, because it’s expensive compared with other similar products from other companies. 

Yet, after I finished the research of the product, I realized I was wrong, because most other products aren’t similar. This company really cares about the balance of your body and what ingredients can cause the best result.

So, now I understand a key point in sales: Sell the product that can really help your customer or help your customer by offering them a useful and valuable product.  That’s why my sales were so successful. I made people understand and then they agreed with the product, which made them want to buy it.  Whenever the clients hesitated, I used the closing techniques learned in the course to reinforce the intention for them to think of why they wanted this product.

It’s an amazing experience to have done this course and to sell the real product!  I really learned a lot.

This apprenticeship gave me a ton of experience in the field of surveying.  Seriously, I feel like I know and can do so much with surveys that I’ll never have a worry when doing them. The power of this apprenticeship really hit me on the second section, which involved making a particular survey that would emanate human emotion.  The purpose of this is to get as many done as possible until you’ve received a response value over 50% out of all people asked.

I got to do these surveys with a composer. I did my Financial Planning apprenticeship for this individual, and was aiming to help him learn more about his targeted public.  Basically, to find out what they’d want from a composer in regards to recording orchestral instruments for recording musicians.

Once this survey and a second survey were completed, I felt like I was on a whole new tier of this technology. The course gave me the data, and the apprenticeship really had me bringing its application to fruition. I got sufficient answers for both surveys and now the individual has the data he needs in order to share his service within that public in such a way that they’ll be open to listening to the message.

It happens each and every day. Companies think of new and interesting ways to get their public to hear them and buy their products. Some of these companies do this successfully; you can take Apple as an example. I’m sure they take their customer’s thoughts and opinions very seriously and that has contributed to their huge success.

Surveys open the door to the public.  You get to hear their thoughts, ideas, concepts, etc. It just makes sense that potential customers will be more willing to respond to an advertisement or even let it catch their eye if it had what they’ve been worrying about, which is accompanied by your product/service that serves as a solution or improvement.

It’s amazing to do this apprenticeship!  I learned how to handle some crazy PR cycles, and I put on an actual PR event, which is a lot of fun. wasworking for Vibrant Life.  This is a nutritional company that actually produces an effective product. I learned a lot about this industry through doing the research. The proper research provided me with the needed data to do a good job on the presentation for the event I hosted.

To sum it up, I love this apprenticeship! I learned more and was able to experience more than I ever expected.

Marketing is an important activity for a business. It includes so many things that people think it is hard for any company to try and address.  However, there is actually an approachable and workable way for any company to address the effectiveness of their marketing

In this course, I learned how to find out what a company’s publics (types of audiences) are thinking.  I also learned how to position a product and design an effective promotional piece based on proper surveying.   Marketing isn’t a hard thing to do when the proper method is used.

One great topic that this course covers is the subject of art.  I learned what art is and how to create it!  Trying to make sense out of everyone else’s opinions on what art is or isn’t was difficult and just plain confusing. I have learned the common denominator in art-communication! Without communication, we don’t have art anymore.  Art has to communicate the right message to the right public.  This is marketing!

I feel much more confident in this subject, and feel I now have the ability to market.

This apprenticeship was great!  I made a plan and proposal for a company that wanted some marketing consultation done. I outlined the plan, which consisted of major targets, primary targets, vital targets, conditional targets, operating targets and production targets. I put together this plan in a way that it could easily be run without me there.  This is exactly what has occurred, as the company will soon complete it!

This apprenticeship is amazing!  The company where I conducted the apprenticeship is a construction company.  I was able to help individuals with setting up and maintaining a communication system, which contained each staff member’s IN, PENNDING and OUT baskets.  This produced a direct result of terminating their backlogs and eliminating unnecessary traffic that was being put on their lines.

It was almost like a coaching role in that I oversaw the person doing this, but it wasn’t actually me handling the person’s stuck flows, slows in communications, and unnecessary particles. This not only immediately increased production, but also put tools there for them to use when I was gone.  In fact, one sale that I closed (purely incidental) was simply applying these tools by having the salesman implement them in his day-to-day environment.

This was a great apprenticeship and I recommend it to anyone who wants to increase efficiency in their company, their position, their life.
