Master Consultant: Professional and Private Success

My name is Eiman Rahnama.  Iím an Iranian student from Tehran on the Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Have you ever asked yourself what it takes to be able to find the real problem in a business? Or what it takes to be a business consultant? What should a consultant be able to do? As a newly certified Master Consultant, I have gained the ability to help others expand their business and improve their lives.
Helping people expand their business is one thing, but being able to help them improve their lives through doing so, is a whole other amazing product of this training! Hubbardís Administrative Technology provides you with the tools to improve your condition both professionally and privately. Itís interesting when you think about it.  How can one attain success professionally if he or she canít privately?  This just doesnít make sense.  This is where I come in!  I approach the business of consulting companies by first making sure the leaders are doing well personally.
It is my duty as a business consultant to help individuals expand and prosper. In the Master Consulting program at Hubbard College, I learned those tools. I noticed that I had the ability to work and expand any business without having any experience in that business. A business consultant just needs to know where to look for problems and once he finds the real problem, he can then suggest solutions.
I learned these tools at HCA.  I put these tools to test many times through the internships Iíve done and was very successful in doing so. I literally was able to change peopleís lives!  I was able to see them change right in front of me by simply showing them how things should really be; or by simply by clearing up misunderstandings about their field they had all their lives.
It feels great have this training, which allows me to make such a positive impact in companies and in the lives of those companiesí staff!

Master Consultant: Establishing Is The Foundation

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and I Just finished the Executive Establishment Officer course that is part of the Master Consultant Levels certification at Hubbard College of Administration International .

As the title of the course suggests, the Establishment Officers’ primary duties are to establish and maintain the organization. The course goes over the specificj0182826technology used by the Establishment Officer to achieve the above. It also delineates the importance of a sound structure that will enable a business to grow and expand.  It so happens that when organization is lacking that structure, sustainable growth and expansion aren’t possible.

If we were to compare an organization to a skyscraper as an analogy, you would clearly see that a skyscraper with a week structure is susceptible to fall from natural forces like wind and earthquakes.   For a company, high winds may be economic instability. However, if you had a skyscraper that had a strong yet flexible structure, this would enable it to handle even the strongest winds and the most destructive earthquakes.

Now, in a business, this would mean stability and flexibility despite of economic instability. Such a business would be so well established that very few external factors would have any real affect on it. The above is the duty of the Establishment Officer and as you can see, it is vital to the survival of any business, state, country or civilization.

Consultant Training: Fundamentals of Qualifications

My name is Damiano Shehu. I recently graduated Hubbard College of Administration International with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I am now enrolled in the Consultant training and recently completed the Qualifications Secretary Mini Hat course.
This was a very interesting course. The course goes over the different fundamentals of the qualifications division of an organization in detail. While on this course, I realized the importance of this division. Without this division, a company can disappear. One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.

Management training: Formulas for Business Success

My name is Lex Howard and I completed the ìFormulas for Business Successî course at Hubbard College of Administration International (HCA).
I canít express how much confidence it gives me to go back into the workplace and just know that I can make things happen in our company.  When I went to bed each night after course, I would think of all the ways this knowledge is going to be able to be applied to my company, and how I can pass this excitement I feel to the entire staff.  It makes me wish I could stay here full time and go straight through the management program and come back to my company with a fresh new view.
Even though I donít have a full understanding of planning and keeping statistics yet, with just the technology I have learned in Formulas for Business Success, I will make my company flourish.
What impresses me most about Hubbard College is the success of its graduates. I am excited that I can use this technology to be one of them.

Hi, I am Eduardo Santos, a Mexican student from Monclova, Coahuila on the Associate Degree Program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA) in Los Angeles, CA.
The ìHow to Effectively Handle Workî course provided me with very important data on how to deal with the many different situations that may present themselves in the workplace. It explained why people feel exhausted while working and, as importantly, it gives you a solution that actually works. I really liked the viewpoint about life and work being a game. Based on that perspective, the course materials present a series of understandings that make it possible for someone to do their job with more enthusiasm and joy.
Furthermore, this course contains the secret of how to have a job and keep a job. That means, it tells you how to achieve security in your employment. The course goes further, as it has very valuable information for executives or business owners about how to handle situations where workers are not happy with their jobs.

Efficiency is a major thing in a company; everyone wants to increase it.  It is the thing that every executive, business owner and staff member wants. Why, because efficiency is the way to success. If a person can do things with efficiency, he can do things quicker and better.
In this course, I realized that unnecessary work (or what is referred to as developed traffic or Dev-T) can happen in many different ways.  Also, once you have one of these forms of inefficiency, you will create others.  For example, when information is routed incorrectly, one spends productivity time on it.  Then his production duties become backlogged.  If the backlogs pile up, one can become reasonable on those backlogs, and then more and more Dev-T is produced.
On this course, I learned how to recognize the different types of Dev-T and the way to handle them.

Career Education: How to Find ìtheî Problem in Your Business

How does one find out exactly what is causing the company to stay small?  How does one know where to look?  How does one know if the right reason they thought cause?  How long should it take to evaluate a scene in an organization?  I am sure many executives ask these questions from themselves.  I know I did until I completed my Data Series Evaluator’s Course.  This Blog answers such questions.
No matter how big or small the organization or company, there are some “basic” tools that executives need to have.  One of the most “basic” but very important tools is keeping statistics for every product in the company.  By doing so, an executive can “manage by statistics” and see at a glance how well the company is doing compared to last week or few weeks ago.  Then an executive can see which area of his company is lacking or producing less that it should have.  After gathering some data, he is able to go and inspect the area of production and “evaluate” the scene to find out if there are any outpoints.  However, the executive needs to have an “ideal scene” in his mind, meaning he has to imagine how he wants his department to look like.  For example, how organized does he want the area to be?  How many products does he want made per hour?  Therefore, after going to the “existing scene” he can compare the “ideal scene” with the “existing scene” and find out how different or even similar they are.
After doing some research and some investigation, an executive would have an idea what things need to be handled.  Then he needs to dream up a “bright idea” to handle the scene and the situation.  So, if the scene improved that means the “reason” was the right one and the executive did a good investigation of the area and his evaluation was correct.  However, sometimes the scene does not improve.  The executive must immediately change everything back to what it was before and investigate further.  In addition, it should not take an evaluator more that few hours to complete all the above.  Itís not a task that takes days, but rather hours.  I promise you that if anyone takes this course, he or she will be able to find the right situations and handle them right away.  Investigatory tools are important for executives up on the echelons of management.  The higher the position in the company, the more they need to know how to investigate situations.
I am very interested to know how other executives evaluate their companies and how often do they get the result they are hoping for.

Associate Degree: Planning Course

I completed Policy course and I realized that no matter how small an activity is, there must be a BASIC PURPOSE. You keep your BASIC PURPOSE and you are moving toward your GOAL. Because the BASIC PURPOSE is also somewhere you are trying to achieve.  I can say that someone works with BASIC PURPOSE and make sure he always goes with it, then he must see the result – the whole activity will flourish and go into affluence.
So, how to make the above happen? There must be something that can help. Itís policy! Policy is a rule or procedure or guidance which permits the BASIC PURPOSE to succeed.
Some business fail, maybe the only reason is that nobody in the office follows the policy or they donít even know they have policy or even they donít have any policy. Then, when they have any situation, no matter how small it is, they just have no clue of handling it and they wind up with a collapsed company.
I believe nobody want to reach failure and everyone wants to win. Now you have technique – Policy. Apply it and forward your BASIC PURPOSE. Now you know your ideal scene is waiting for you and your life will be successful.

Associate Degree: What If a President Could Make the Nation’s Dreams Come True?

Associate DegreeI am Bassam El Houssami, a Lebanese student from Beirut, Lebanon on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

What if a president had the technology of planning? These days, it seems like presidents are just skilled spokesmen that articulate dreams. If they only knew the correct way to make those aspirations realities, then they could make a difference in the world. Planet Earth is full of dreams and ambitions that, if materialized, would create a prosperous world community.

On this course “How to Make Planning Become an Actuality,” I learned the management tools of how to transform plans (dreams) into reality. Now I can actually start with my dreams and, using the Hubbard Technology of Planning, make them!

In summary, all companies, organizations or individuals plan; however, they commonly face insurmountable problem(s) of execution. Now, a technology exists that definitely works to bridge the gap between conception and actuality. Imagine a president with these planning tools; wouldn’t you want to live in that land where dreams become actuality?

Associate Degree: What Are You Rewarding in Your Business?

Associate degreeI am Alex Edwards, an American student from Tujunga, California on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

The “Formulas for Business Success” course is my favorite course so far taken here at Hubbard College. The tools that are included are invaluable and I learned techniques that, when applied, produce amazing results. I learned from this course that every activity, no matter what it is, is in a certain operating state. And I learned that there is a set sequence of specific operating states that form a progression from the lowest to the highest operating state. Furthermore, there are formulas, which are exact steps to take, to move from a lower to a higher operating state, culminating in attainment and maintenance of the highest operating state power.

I also learned management techniques as well. For instance, instead of managing on guesswork or rumor, you use statistics. A statistic is a number or amount compared to an earlier number or amount of the same thing. Statistics show you what areas in your company are rising, staying steady, or falling in production all at a quick glance. This helps a person make more accurate decisions.  Furthermore, statistics allow a person to correlate his or her actions with sudden changes in production either up or down.

Another datum covered in the course, which when I think about it is common sense, is to reward the people who are producing in a company and penalize the people who are not producing or producing little in a company. It’s very simple but in actuality I’ve seen executives rewarding the people who are not producing and ignoring the people actually contributing to the business. This sends the message that it’s okay not to produce. On the other hand, when one rewards the people producing in a company, it establishes that as the example to follow to the other employees. Thus rewarding the producers says to the group when you work hard at your job and produce you will be rewarded and acknowledged.

This knowledge helped me double my production in many areas of my life. I have never been more efficient! It’s totally real to me that every business should have this data as it would help them tremendously. From first-hand experience, I’ve worked in companies that use this data and they are some of the fastest-growing companies that I know.
