Consultant Training: How To Teach

Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and am currently studying to become a Certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I’ve just completed the course “Basic Study Manual for Company Training.”

18This is a must study course for anyone and everyone who wants to enhance their learning abilities and know how to study to really get the most out of a subject.  Most of the time when people come across learning barriers they don’t know how to handle them.  They just let go of the subject or justify not learning it until the point of dropping it all together.  This course teaches you WHY there are barriers to study, what they are and how to handle them.  I have come to realize that I have had all these study barriers since I was little and that was the reason why I was incapable of understanding the subjects I wanted to learn about.

When I first studied this course in Taiwan, I applied the “dictionary” technique on my students (I teach English to adults in Taiwan) directly.  The result was phenomenal.  They learned 10 times faster than before!  They could make up sentences faster and were able to learn new words each day along with not forgetting about the words they learned.   I was almost in tears when I observed that not only their willingness to learn had sky rocketed, but also the enthusiastic look on their faces in learning a foreign language.   I now restudied this book again at HCA.  I can definitely see how the learning techniques can also be applied to the work place by helping the staff as well as the management to increase their learning abilities, thus helping such individuals to enhance their performance.

This technique is good for people of all ages.  We all need to learn, and this course will help you learn HOW to learn effectively.  It really works!

Master Consultant: Professional and Private Success

My name is Eiman Rahnama.  Iím an Iranian student from Tehran on the Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Have you ever asked yourself what it takes to be able to find the real problem in a business? Or what it takes to be a business consultant? What should a consultant be able to do? As a newly certified Master Consultant, I have gained the ability to help others expand their business and improve their lives.
Helping people expand their business is one thing, but being able to help them improve their lives through doing so, is a whole other amazing product of this training! Hubbardís Administrative Technology provides you with the tools to improve your condition both professionally and privately. Itís interesting when you think about it.  How can one attain success professionally if he or she canít privately?  This just doesnít make sense.  This is where I come in!  I approach the business of consulting companies by first making sure the leaders are doing well personally.
It is my duty as a business consultant to help individuals expand and prosper. In the Master Consulting program at Hubbard College, I learned those tools. I noticed that I had the ability to work and expand any business without having any experience in that business. A business consultant just needs to know where to look for problems and once he finds the real problem, he can then suggest solutions.
I learned these tools at HCA.  I put these tools to test many times through the internships Iíve done and was very successful in doing so. I literally was able to change peopleís lives!  I was able to see them change right in front of me by simply showing them how things should really be; or by simply by clearing up misunderstandings about their field they had all their lives.
It feels great have this training, which allows me to make such a positive impact in companies and in the lives of those companiesí staff!

Business Degree: Prepared for Career

My name is Felipe Pedrosa.  Iím a degree student from Brazil.  I just finished the internship en route to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Hubbard College of Administration International.
Completing the degree program was a great experience! The company where I did my internship had never seen the Hubbardís Administrative Technology.  This was actually a positive thing, as this is what I will face once I go back to Brazil to implement Hubbardís Administrative Technology in my family’s company.
I wanted to provide the company I did the internship for with the best guidance possible.  I enlightened them with many references, and I made sure they could apply them once I was gone.  Probably the most impactive thing I did for them was expose the executives to managing by statistics A number or amount compared to a another number or amount of the same thing; method of measuring production. Continuing Education: Formulas For Business Success

My name is Robert Turton.  I am a doctor from Santa Maria, CA.  I am a continuing education student at Hubbard College of Administration International, and I just finished the apprenticeship for the Formulas For Business Success course.
I can see the relief on the staff member by identifying the real cause of what happened in her area to cause a down trending situation.  It was not that she was getting lazy and not doing her job.  It had just gotten to the point where she was not able to accomplish all the extra work she had due to increased number of patients seen and to being under-staffed.
I can see how this staff member will now see the true benefit of logging everything she is doing, so she can be accountable.  On the other hand, and most importantly, one will be able to identify any bad situation before itís allowed to get any worse.

Business Management: Executive Tools

My name is Hiro Suganuma.  I am from Japan here in the USA studying at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I finished my degree and am now earning my certification as a Master Consultant.  I just finished a course called ìExecutive Status 1.î
If you want to expand your company, if you want to achieve your purpose, if you want your dreams to become a reality, you should study ìExecutive Status 1î at the Hubbard College of Administration International!
There is a tool for any executive called the Administrative Scale. Itís very logical and very, very powerful! From the ìExecutive Status 1î course, I learned every part of the scale and the application of it. It is just like a mathematical equation (one plus one equals two), you always get the right result once you add up all of the points of the scale completely.
There are lots of other tools explained in this ìExecutive Status 1î course. All of them are very fabulous and interesting in their own complexities.  I really recommend everybody to study and apply them. Letís expand and prosper together!

Consultant Training: Real Solutions

My name is Eiman Rahnama.  I am a degree graduate from Hubbard College of Administration International.  I just finished the Consultant Level 2 Internship en- route to becoming certified as a Master Consultant.
The Consultant Level 2 Internship was truly amazing! I had an opportunity to work with a consulting company, and the interesting part was that this consultant company needed consulting themselves. I went in I looked at their Public Relations division (Sales) statistics, which had been lacking significantly. I was able to interview the Executives to see what the Executives needed and wanted from me. Then I started working with the person whose production was bugged.
I was able to instantly spot negative and positive points; I was actually surprised because I have no experience in their field. Then I gave the person some recommendations and started with the Product Debug action (an action learned from the Product Debug course at HCAI). Within hours we spotted what was the problem, I wrote a handling for it. And in few days, the personís statistics were high; higher than they have ever been for anyone that was working in that position!
This was a great feeling, I was able to help someone and it really didnít take much effort. It was amazing that I didnít do the job for them. All I had to do was find what was wrong and tell them how to fix it by showing them the right references from the course. In addition, I was able to create such good relationship from the products that I produced at my internship site that I feel like everyone there respects me and wants me to help them with their production.
I really enjoyed doing consultant Level II. It was an experience for me to see how capable and competent I have become since learning this Administrative Technology, and how much more valuable I am to my society as a consultant and as person.  I know I can produce the amount of change needed!

Associate Degree: Internship; AN ACTUAL INTERNSHIP!

My name is Miranda Hazen.  I am a degree student from Los Angeles.  I just completed the internship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I chose to do my internship at a bridal and evening gown company. This was an amazing learning experience for me and I gained so many wins, as I had to overcome so many challenges.
First of all, I have so much confidence in what I have learned on all of the courses on the degree Program. I have total certainty that I can use all of the knowledge that I have learned. When going into this company, I was able to pin point what areas needed improvement and actually handle them. I feel that I now have so much more confront on many things in life, just by doing this. I am not at all worried about making a successful living on my own now, and itís due to the fact that this program prepares you for anything. It gave me an ability and sense of control that I would have never gotten at any other school out there.
In working in this company I had to use a lot of the basic tools that I have learned.  I used a lot of my communication skills, Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC) Triangle, the correct gradients, etc. With all of the tools I implemented into her company, I was able to 4x her sales and 3x her production! I also used the HCAI Business Analysis Test to see what the condition her company was in before and after my internship, which showed great improvement.
I also had a wonderful time working with the owner, as I was able to see more closely how the Fashion Industry works. I was able to witness the different day-to-day tasks that she has to do and it was an eye opening experience for me. This was an especially great experience, as my field of interest is fashion.
Overall, this degree program and internship was wonderful! I feel that I now have the ability and strength to succeed in anything I decide to do!

My name is Damiano Shehu. I recently graduated Hubbard College of Administration International with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I am now enrolled in the Consultant training and recently completed the Qualifications Secretary Mini Hat course.
This was a very interesting course. The course goes over the different fundamentals of the qualifications division of an organization in detail. While on this course, I realized the importance of this division. Without this division, a company can disappear. One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.

Business Degree: Financial Planning Made Simple!

My name is Jamie Chang.  I am from Los Angeles and am studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to earn my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I just finished the ìFinancial Planningî course.
The very first time I heard about ìHow to Increase Profits through Proper Financial Planningî (FP) course, the smile immediately disappeared from my face. To be honest, dealing with numbers is really not my thing, and I personally donít like it especially when you have to add up huge amounts with complicated formulas. I get a headache every time I see them. However, the FP course totally changed my fixed idea, which had existed in my head for several years.
In the beginning of the course, it was a little hard for me since Iíve neither work experience nor any idea about how much or where to allocate money in an organization.  Therefore, I had to conceive of examples from my personal finances in order to understand the data fully. Little by little, I grasped the material. Amazingly, FP doesnít have complicated formulas or hard-to-understand theories. The information turned out to be easily understandable, very A to B (simple and straight forward ideas), and the steps to handle any situation (major departure from an ideal scene) or establish a proper financial system are clearly laid out.
From learning this, I had big wins that I can start applying this RIGHT NOW in my own personal finances: keeping good records of monthly bill paying and doing a monthly account summary (bank reconciliation). These two actions can supply me with the needed information to work out a good plan, so that after covering my basics, I still have enough money to buy pretty clothes, go to the movies and be solvent. Thus, I can keep living my life with lots of laughs.
We all know that the current economic situation isnít looking good. However, there are ways to solve it.  We shouldnít blame everything on ìan economic crisis.î  Rather, we should organize and manage our own businesses with the data in the ìHow to Increase Profits through Proper Financial Planningî course.  It will lead us to a higher level of viability, as a function of an expanding and prospering business.

Master Consultant: As If Wearing a Tie Wasn’t Cool Enough Already!

My name is Jerome Garot, and I recently finished my Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration International, and boy it has been an enjoyable ride!
I have gained many newfound abilities and made many new contacts for future business opportunities. The thing I am most thankful for is that I was able to work in a field that I was interested; art.  I got to work with artists and people specialized in the field and got to establish a real working foundation regarding how to help people and how to relay information exactly as I wanted it to be relayed through using simple consulting and study technology.
It is a great feeling to teach other people something.  You learn a lot of new things in doing so, as theyíll bring up questions that you hadnít thought about before or had to address in the classroom. This expands your experience with people and it really showed me how much data I had locked away! All these new questions gave me this competence of being able to readily handle any confusion in that personís company.
I highly encourage every degree program student or experienced businessman and woman to continue to expand his or her knowledge of business by doing the Master Consultant program!
