"When I began practicing dentistry I was eager to service everyone. After all, that is what doctors do. However, I had no management technology and found myself frustrated and stressed out. I was constantly looking for an answer to improve as a person and improve my practice. After being in the field of dentistry for six years and only getting by with great effort, I was introduced to the Hubbard Management Technology and began to apply it to my practice. I saw results instantly in myself and my practice. My stats sky rocketed."

“No college program I’ve heard of has even come near to the intense amount of application this one has to offer…”

Here is a success story from a recent recipient of the Associate of Applied Science in Management and Administration Degree from Hubbard College, after successfully completing the final internship required to earn this degree:
“I noticed I had much ease in applying the tools I learned throughout my entire Degree Program at Hubbard College. In fact it was so second-nature to me that I didn’t even have to refer to my packs to recall how to do things: I just DID them and the outcome was successful.
“It’s so amazing what having all that knowledge AND being able to use it can do for an individual (small scale), his department (medium scale) and for his entire activity/organization (large scale).
“No college program that I’ve heard of has even come near to the intense amount of application this one has to offer. It applies to EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF.
“And it’s not even that hard to learn the technology as it gives you the most simple methods to handle the BIG obstacles in life.
“I’m a perfect example of this (not to boast) for I achieved higher success in three weeks at the company I interned at than my predecessor had accomplished in 7 months.
“That is the defining line in the ability one has after finishing this program: immense success, knowledge of theory and the dexterity to bring that knowledge out into the physical universe and cause exactly what he wants to cause.
“I thank Hubbard College for all the wonderful tools it has bestowed upon me on this Degree Program and look forward to more success in the future from applying them”

Business Management, Importance of Sales

My name is Jack.  I’m studying to earn my business degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I just finished the Sales course.

j0440391In this modern sociality, sales is one of the big subjects in the business world.  Simply look at how many books in this field sit on shelves of area bookstores. I had been working in my parent’s company for some years.  In doing so, I realized that I need to improve my sales skills.  I read a lot of different sales books and attended a lot of different sales seminars. They did help, but they are either too much “theory “or “incomplete.”

In this sales course, I learned a lot of different sales technology, and was able to drill each of them.  This is a great technology to live with!  The course is well designed, as it has you read some theory first, and then you drill with it until you can use what you’ve studied.

During the course, I realized that there are some “dos and don’ts” and “musts” in the field of sales.  Now, when looking back on my pervious experiences, I see that I violated these points, and that is the reason why I lost sales.

I shared the wins I had on this course with my mother.  I specifically went over with her the correct way to deal with one kind of prospect who likes to check around and buy from the lowest price or the “best deal.”  My mom was very happy to find out that there is actually a technology for dealing with such prospects.

I feel that I have more confidence and ability to handle the customer to ultimately increase sales.  Thanks to everyone who helped me with this course.

Master Consultant: Predictability Of Clients/Staff

Hi, my name is Stella. I’m from Taiwan and am studying to become a certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College.  I recently completed the course “How to evaluate and Predict Human Behavior.”

j0289528This course is the BIBLE for anyone that’s working; be it a junior, senior, executive or founder.   Everyone has to learn about how to evaluate and predict human behavior in order to learn how to better your work environment.    Do you know why people behave a certain way?  Do you know why some people can get things done faster than others?   This course gives you the answers to the causes and formation of all behaviors.

The vital part of this course teaches you how to use the tone scale.  For anyone who wants to start up a company, find a shareholder, or even a relationship, knowing how to “read” people’s behavior is the secrete toward your success in communicating with them.  In order to succeed, you’ll want people who can push you all the way to the top in order to reach your goals.   Your success will depend on how well you can communicate based on one’s behavior and actions.   This course will definitely help you to succeed in predicting people based on behavior characteristics.

Business Ethics: Your Integrity

j0440391My name is Brad.  I am enrolled at HCA to earn my Business Management degree.  I recently finished the Personal Integrity course.

I have always known the importance of being honest in dealings with my fellow man. Also, I know that it’s important to stand up for what I believe in. However, the idea that human survival depends on these things never occurred to me. It is true. Individuals acting unethically destroy society. This is especially true in business.  It truly is the honest man’s obligation to stand for right, and not tolerate wickedness.

Associate Degree: Vital For Any Business

My name is Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just completed the Marketing course.

Marketing is a very interesting course. I really learned a lot on this course.  It is very thorough, and required a lot of effort.  The effort was totally worth it!  Part of thej0234773 course required me to design the promo piece and actually distribute it, something I’ve never done before.  The requirements of this course are all very important.  I learned a lot and also had a lot of fun doing them. The data I learned is so applicable that I can really see how I’m going to apply all the information upon graduation!

This course is something every business needs!

Master Consultant: Fundamental Guidelines

Hi, my name is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and currently studying to become a Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I’ve just completed the course How To Expand Your Company By Making Planning Become An Actuality.

Managing a company is not a simple task, but using the right tools will indeed make your life easier.  This course teaches you the fundamental guidelines of how to write up programs and projects to help expand your business or just simply to execute a project.Pieces of the puzzle

Often times we are stuck with the idea that we have to create a new system or set of rules for the staff and discard the old ones to make things work.  Sometimes, the new system does work, but often it doesn’t.  In fact, it may just confuse them resulting in even lower production.  Good planning then comes into play: what needs to be kept, eradicated or combined with the old.  It is vital to have a well written plan and most important of all, keep it simple.   The simpler the better!  This is what an executive should do.  Kick off all those big words, hard to understand ideas or mumble jumbles that others may not understand.  What they’ll understand is a simple and straightforward plan that they can get their hands on and make it happen for you.

Master Consultant: Intention=Productivity

Hi, my name is Stella. I’m from Taiwan and am studying to become a certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College.  I have just completed the course “How To Get Things Done.”

Moving upIntention, Intention, Intention!!

This is what you need in order to get things done.

How often are we stuck on something, and we just can’t seem to move on?  How often do you want others to help you get something done, but they never seem to be able to?   Lack of intention is what causes these unfinished tasks.   The drills in the course are so useful and so very easy to adopt.  They are very powerful tools to use.  These tools enable you to be even more efficient on a daily basis when you are given orders or give orders to and from people around us.

Each drill handles one particular situation.  For example, one drill has you confront the people and objects you’re having trouble with at work.  Another addresses how to relay your order to other departments when everyone is occupied.  One more addresses how to stop someone from distracting an order.  These are the common problems we encounter at any given time in our workforce.   Knowing this tech will indeed help boost your efficiency, and most importantly, save time.

Business Management:

My name is Jamie Chang.  I am from Los Angeles and am studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to earn my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I just finished the Marketing course.

artpromoI had a lot of fun learning marketing. Before starting, I had only a vague idea about what marketing is. After taking this course, I now know what the sequence is and how you “market” the product by creating effective ads, releasing campaigns, etc.  What I liked the most was that in the course, there are a lot of drills that force you to study ads.

The drilling of these ads had an immediate practical application.  For example, last weekend I was in Disneyland with my friend.  We were watching a watershow- World of Color in California Adventure land.  While watching it, I was very touched by the show and started thinking to myself, how did they make this?  How did they come up with these characters, and did they do positioning surveys for this?  All kind of questions came to mind right away.  I was surprised to find myself actually thinking this way.  I felt very proud of myself, because I was really USING the knowledge and APPLYING it in my life!
