I’m Francisco Chavez, a Peruvian student from Lima.  I just completed the internship for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  With this completion, I earned my diploma.

I’ve gained a lot of experience doing my internship at GaryMichealsOnline.Corp. During this time, I feel that I’ve really applied all the Administrative Technology learned at the Hubbard College of Administration Int’l and have witnessed its results.  Now that I’m done with my degree program, I’m going to start working with my step-dad.  As a result of the internship, we’ve started a new family business that is going to be running full-on using LRH Admin Tech. In fact, we already have signed our first international artist contract!

Furthermore, during my internship, I thought of a lot of ideas and formulated some plans to apply later for my own business.  It was very satisfying to be able to help my family create a new business as a way to reward them for their support and help in getting me through my studies here at Hubbard College of Administration International.

My name is Jaime Chang.  I am enrolled at Hubbard College of Administration International studying to earn my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I just completed the “How To Write Effective Company Policy” course.

I now know how important policy is in an organization.  If you want to expand and prosper your business, it’s very important to have policy and get it followed by your employees.  This has been a great technology for me to learn and I know Iíll be able to apply it!

My name is Ray Li, and I’m from Taiwan.  I just finished the “Basic Organization” course enroute to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Management and Administration from Hubbard College of Administration International.

This is a good course. I learned many organizational things here. I now know how to actually structure an organization that includes drawing out the command and product lines.  I also learned how to properly train people and determine what posts are needed and wanted based on the valuable final products produced by the organization.

My name is Jack Cheng. I’m a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the Associate of Applied Science degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I just finished the “Financial Planning” course and apprenticeship.

“INCOME GREATER THAN DISBURSEMENT” is the major thing in the business world. Indeed, one purpose for any company is “making money.” Obviously a company can’t survive without it. However, just focusing on making money isnít enough. When you’re making money, you will have disbursements (bills, purchase orders, rents, taxes, etc.) that need to be managed carefully.  Poor management of such disbursements result in negative consequences.

In this course I learned the policy about how to handle the financial particles in a company. Then, in the apprenticeship, I put all I learned into a company. That is a good way for me to learn finance. Before I learned it, I thought finance was a complex subject, and I wished I didnít have to touch it. Yet, after this course and apprenticeship, I felt good about it. I realized that the subject of finance isn’t the game of figures, but the flows in a company. If one can manage the flows well, he can manage the finances well.

Now, I have more confidence on how to handle the financial situations that arise in a company, and I have more tools to manage financial particle flow. The subject of finance is no longer a problem for me. I am glad to have this knowledge in my life.

My name is Kenny Chen.  I am a student from Taiwan that recently completed the “Basic Organization” course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.

I really like this course, because it includes an incredible amount of data especially with regards to building the infrastructure of a company referred to as an organizing board. Also, I learned how to organize well. I now know how to hat my staff, and how to handle the problems in the organization.

The most incredible thing is that I learned that the organizing board doesn’t just apply to a company that I’ll manage.  It also applies to my life and my livingness. I can create an organizing board for myself.   I now have a strong awareness of how to apply such a great organizational tool to my life!  I wish everybody could get this data.

Because Sitting Around Waiting For Something to Happen Will Get You Nowhere

Sometimes we all look for answers, solutions to those aaaccching questions we have. Where am I going? What’s the point of it all?

I used to be like that.

I sat around, hung with friends, played games, chased girls, slept, studied, etc.
But then came a point in my life, where I realized that I wasn’t going in any direction at all, even though I had told myself I wanted to become successful one day.

And I wish that point had come to me a lot earlier.

I got up and started looking for answers; I looked for it in my own country. I even thought I had it for a while by doing Commercial Engineering. I finished the first out of four years and found out it wasn’t the solution.

I then got a lousy job (because I couldn’t get hired because of my inexperience), worked at it for 2 years, didn’t get me anywhere.

Luckily my dad came to me one random day in May, and said there might be something for me to “just take a look at”. This was a slick looking Business Administration College in Los Angeles called Hubbard College, I said “Why not check it out and enjoy the sun while I’m there?”

Who would have guessed that was the best decision of my life.

I quickly signed up for the Business Administration Degree they offer.

I now not only get a great education, I get actual experience.
They send me out to companies as an apprentice, and eventually as an intern, to actually learn to APPLY what you study.

This seemed like such a good idea, they even HELP you find a job.
And they have gotten about every graduate one, isn’t that amazing?

With This Management Degree, You’ll be an Executive Godsend

Companies are letting go of a lot of jobs, this is true. What is not true however is that it is impossible to find a job. When people go for an interview, they just have nothing to show their potential employer that they accomplished something in life.

All they ever did was read, read and read. This might get you some grades, but does it give you any experience and real results in life? Not really.

I remember going to a company to apply my basic organization theory course. I had to make an Organizing Board and create an organized and trained group of people.
I had such an amazing time doing it.

Studying is one thing, but actually doing it is a whole different ball game.

After I was looking at my final product, an organized company who knew exactly its purpose and goal as a company and who had an organizing board they could use, I was just so sure that I could apply this to any company, and more importantly my life.

See an organization doesn’t always just mean a business; you organize your life constantly right? You decide when you get dinner, you organize that in your schedule. You organize parties for your friends, you organize how you are going to invite them, you organize who is going to bring the drinks. You organize.

So why would you not want to be able to organize a whole company? It’s the same thing, just on a bigger scale. It’s not hard at all.

“Yeah, you make it sound easy, but I have a company of (only 3)/(20)/(500) employees.” It doesn’t matter, the organizing board assigns responsibilities to persons and just indicates what their product is and what their goal is.

Each job and post has its own purpose in a company, even if one person does a whole lot, if you can put them all in its correct place, it’s ORGANIZED.

I encourage every frustrated CEO who does all the work in his company by himself to check out this course. It’s vital to you.

And I encourage every student out of high school, or college student to come do some of these amazing courses or even get started on the Associate Degree.

Lots of schools can give you an administration degree, but what they often can’t give you is competence in your ability to DO.
