<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I really enjoyed this apprenticeship, because I experienced first hand that the technology I just learned has amazing results if you know how to apply correctly.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">In this apprenticeship, I went to a very well known company that sells software licenses to improve the efficiency of computers. My main purpose was to help another person increase his efficiency in his work by applying what I learned on my course.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">When I got with the employee, I could see that he was having some problems controlling his job efficiently and he had a lot of confusion because of it. I immediately started applying the data from the course. It was amazing to see that by the next day he was more efficient and had handled the confusions he was having! By providing him the data of the ìstable datum,î which tells you how to handle any confusion, and with the Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC), and control handling, the employee really improved. In fact, he was able to accomplish the same amount of work in half the time! This was amazing.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Time is money. I have a much greater appreciation for this old saying after finishing this course.  What tends to happen in a lot of current organizations is that people end up doing things twice when they could finish all at once. This ìdouble-workî costs a lot of money and valuable production time.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">When I arrived at the apprenticeship site, I saw that the company had a communication system, but they werenít using it.  I activated the Three-Basket communication system.  This is a communication system that helps you to organize your papers and or electronic communications. By using the Three-Basket system, you can categorize things: that you have to do (IN Basket), things that need further handling (PENDING), and things that are done and need to be routed (OUT).  This system saves a lot of time, which results in saving money and production time.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">The amazing thing is that once you spot the different areas of inefficiency, your production can quickly expand and youíll prosper. What happened at my site was that after we handled the different areas of inefficiency, the production went up and the amount of errors the staff made decreased by 50%! Thatís double the production.  Can you believe that!  I was so surprised when the owner told me that, and I felt so good that I just helped a company to earn more money within a  short time!</div>

The application of this data is very effective, and if you apply every little bit, a person can live life to it&#8217;s fullest.  Helping your staff do so is the responsibility of any good manager.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">In actual application of what Iíve learned from How To Evaluate and Predict Human Behavior course, I realize that how to hire the right employees to get the work done with higher morale. The interesting thing is that there are actually three factors that affect your environment. These factors are Affinity, Reality and Communication. This is referred to as the ARC Triangle. When I was working, I suddenly realized that I was feeling a little bored, because of doing the same action again and again and again. My affinity regarding my work was becoming less, and I became quieter. However, when another person talked to me, I suddenly felt happier.  I felt I was rekindled and became more alive. Then I had more interest to do the work I was doing. In other words, my affinity towards my work increased. At that moment I concentrated on my work again, because I knew what I was really doing.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">My reality level at work became better as well. In order to have a good and efficient working environment, the ARC Triangle must exist. When one corner of the ARC Triangle increases, the other two increase as well. Application of ARC Triangle is what I mostly took from this apprenticeship. I know I will do better professionally based on my application of this principal!</div>

Iíve grown up around it, but have never truly appreciated the power it can have upon people. It is surreal that you can make a person feel so much better just by working out what their problem is and how to handle it. Knowing how effective this data is, I cannot wait to use it in my own company.</div>

<div>I recently finished the &#8220;Handling the Ups and Downs in Life&#8221; apprenticeship, and I<img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-916" title="j0289203" src="http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/j0289203-150x150.jpg" alt="j0289203" width="150" height="150" />cannot believe how effective this Administrative Technology is. I&#8217;ve grown up around it, but have never truly appreciated the power it can have upon people. It is surreal that you can make a person feel so much better just by working out what their problem is and how to handle it. Knowing how effective this data is, I cannot wait to use it in my own company.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I just finished my ìFinancial Planningî Apprenticeship. It was great. I worked with a company that manages two commercial buildings. I worked with the Chief Financial Officer of that company and helped her implement various aspects of the Financial Planning Technology.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">The first actions I undertook were to thoroughly audit the companyís files and get a complete picture of its current standing. After that I worked with the executives of the company on how to improve that existing situation. Being able to apply what I learned in a real world scenario was great. I really got to see how the economic situation is affecting actual businesses. Furthermore I saw that by applying the data that I learned on my course a business could actually prosper even in these tough economic times.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Overall I had a great time doing this apprenticeship, and I feel really secure that I can apply what I learned to any real world scenario.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Doing the ìExecutive Basicsî Apprenticeship brought about fantastic results. You get to drill many scenarios where you are the executive in charge, and you have to make things go right when they are definitely going wrong. You get to actually think with what you learned in the ìExecutive Basicsî Course, ensuring that you can use the tools perfectly. Once you get to the point where youíre drilling the scenarios perfectly, you really see the difference between doing it with the executive basics tools versus doing it without those tools. It is quite a significant difference indeed.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">The final part of this apprenticeship dealt with me being in charge of a small group operation that lasts from 5-10 hours. I had to manage three people and get them to get the work done. It was a non-trivial test of my skill as an executive. Not having managed a structured operation like this before made me very excited. I was eager to apply all of the tools that I had garnered in my earlier courses here at Hubbard College of Administration. Specifically, my task was to get 70 surveys of the correct public for a construction company done within a 5-10 hour timeframe. My team and I managed to get all of them done in just over 5 hours. I was able to make the operation run smoothly while simultaneously keeping my juniors interested in getting all of the surveys done within our time allotment. As a result of our success, I feel completely able and competent as an executive, and I feel that I can handle even larger projects without a sweat.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;"><span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>I had a great time during this apprenticeship. I learned that surveys are not only fun but very useful for a business too. By applying the data I learned on the ìMarketing and Public Relations Surveysî Course, I was able to get a great result. I got the buttons, which are the answers that were given the most number of times to each survey question. In addition, I was able to determine the positioning, which is the placement of the product in somebodyís life or mind and in relation to other products, based on the buttons.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">When you survey people you get various types of responses. What conventional survey takers usually look for is a ìyesî or ìnoî type of question. These types of questions do not bring about an emotional response. It is extremely crucial to be able to get an emotional response.  Once you have an emotional response from your survey question, you can use that answer in your promotion.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;"><span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>I think that this apprenticeship was great, and I would suggest it for anyone that works in promotion and marketing.</div>
