I am Eduardo Santos, a student from Mexico, and I just finished the “How to Effectively Handle Work” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.

I really enjoyed this apprenticeship, because I experienced first hand that the technology I just learned has amazing results if you know how to apply correctly.

In this apprenticeship, I went to a very well known company that sells software licenses to improve the efficiency of computers. My main purpose was to help another person increase his efficiency in his work by applying what I learned on my course.

When I got with the employee, I could see that he was having some problems controlling his job efficiently and he had a lot of confusion because of it. I immediately started applying the data from the course. It was amazing to see that by the next day he was more efficient and had handled the confusions he was having! By providing him the data of the “stable datum,” which tells you how to handle any confusion, and with the Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC), and control handling, the employee really improved. In fact, he was able to accomplish the same amount of work in half the time! This was amazing.

My name is Juan Carlos Ramos P, and I just finished the “Sales” apprenticeship in route to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.

I had a great time doing this apprenticeship.  The subject of Sales is nothing, but a drill on communication through theapplication of control and the use of emotion.  The apprenticeship contains drills that actually call for the student to conduct sales in a real setting.  For this, I chose to sell the new book The Complete Guide To Successful Selling, available through the College bookstore.

I was enthusiastic about the book before ever selling it, so I was eager to get started on the apprenticeship.  Also, I didn’t have any objections to selling it, but even if I did, the book covers how to overcome any such objections, which is brilliant!

My name is Jaime Chang, and I just finished the “How to Increase Efficiency in Your Company” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.

Time is money. I have a much greater appreciation for this old saying after finishing this course.  What tends to happen in a lot of current organizations is that people end up doing things twice when they could finish all at once. This “double-work” costs a lot of money and valuable production time.

When I arrived at the apprenticeship site, I saw that the company had a communication system, but they weren’t using it.  I activated the Three-Basket communication system.  This is a communication system that helps you to organize your papers and or electronic communications. By using the Three-Basket system, you can categorize things: that you have to do (IN Basket), things that need further handling (PENDING), and things that are done and need to be routed (OUT).  This system saves a lot of time, which results in saving money and production time.

The amazing thing is that once you spot the different areas of inefficiency, your production can quickly expand and you’ll prosper. What happened at my site was that after we handled the different areas of inefficiency, the production went up and the amount of errors the staff made decreased by 50%! That’s double the production.  Can you believe that!  I was so surprised when the owner told me that, and I felt so good that I just helped a company to earn more money within a  short time!

I am Alex Edwards, an American student from Tujunga, California on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

Doing the Executive Basics apprenticeship brought about fantastic results. You get to drill many scenarios where you are the executive in charge, and you have to make things go right when they are definitely going wrong. You get to actually think with what you learned in the Executive Basics course, ensuring that you can use the tools perfectly. Once you get to the point where you’re drilling the scenarios perfectly, you really see the difference between doing it with the executive basics tools versus doing it without those tools. It is quite a significant difference indeed.

The final part of this apprenticeship dealt with me being in charge of a small group operation that lasts from 5-10 hours. I had to manage three people and get them to get the work done. It was a non-trivial test of my skill as an executive. Not having managed a structured operation like this before made me very excited. I was eager to apply all of the tools that I had garnered in my earlier courses here at Hubbard College of Administration. Specifically, my task was to get 70 surveys of the correct public for a construction company done within a 5-10 hour timeframe. My team and I managed to get all of them done in just over 5 hours. I was able to make the operation run smoothly while simultaneously keeping my juniors interested in getting all of the surveys done within our time allotment. As a result of our success, I feel completely able and competent as an executive, and I feel that I can handle even larger projects without a sweat.

I am Damiano Shehu, an Albanian student from Tirana on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I recently finished the Marketing and Public Relations Surveys Apprenticeship.

I had a great time during this apprenticeship. I learned that surveys are not only fun but very useful for a business too. By applying the data I learned on the Marketing and Public Relations Surveys Course, I was able to get a great result. I got the buttons, which are the answers that were given the most number of times to each survey question. In addition, I was able to determine the positioning, which is the placement of the product in somebody’s life or mind and in relation to other products, based on the buttons.

When you survey people you get various types of responses. What conventional survey takers usually look for is a yes or no type of question. These types of questions do not bring about an emotional response. It is extremely crucial to be able to get an emotional response.  Once you have an emotional response from your survey question, you can use that answer in your promotion.

I think that this apprenticeship was great, and I would suggest it for anyone that works in promotion and marketing.
