My name is Saleem. I finished the Basic Organization apprenticeship as part of earning my business management degree.

This apprenticeship is great for anyone who wants to bring sanity and organization to his or her company. I was most impressed with the way itbrought the theory of organization to reality, and instead of just having it in your head, you can have it in plain sight for everyone to see!

Done properly, the tools of organization help you create the proper products that you want to produce and what should be produced by every staff member in the company, whether the company is composed of 3 or 50 staff members.

To tell you the truth, these tools are fundamental for any organization to turn success into a daily achievement.

Wesley here. I recently wrote about the great experience I had on the Public Relations apprenticeship, as part of my business degree. I just finished my Sales apprenticeship, and wanted to tell you about it.

In the beginning I was a little bit afraid that no one would want to buy the product I was selling, because it’s expensive compared with other similar products from other companies.

Yet, after I finished the research of the product, I realized I was wrong, because most other products aren’t similar. This company really cares about the balance of your body and what ingredients can cause the best result.

So, now I understand a key point in sales: Sell the product that can really help your customer or help your customer by offering them a useful and valuable product. That’s why my sales were so successful. I made people understand and then they agreed with the product, which made them want to buy it. Whenever the clients hesitated, I used the closing techniques learned in the course to reinforce the intention for them to think of why they wanted this product.

It’s an amazing experience to have done this course and to sell the real product! I really learned a lot.

I am Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I outlined the plan, which consisted of major targets, primary targets, vital targets, conditional targets, operating targets and production targets. I put together this plan in a way that it could easily be run without me there. This is exactly what has occurred, as the company will soon complete it!

My name is Jonathan Turton. I ‘m studying to earn my business degree at Hubbard College of Administration International. I just finished the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship is amazing! The company where I conducted the apprenticeship is a construction company. I was able to help individuals with setting up and maintaining a communication system, which contained each staff member’s IN, PENNDING and OUT baskets. This produced a direct result of terminating their backlogs and eliminating unnecessary traffic that was being put on their lines.

It was almost like a coaching role in that I oversaw the person doing this, but it wasn’t actually me handling the person’s stuck flows, slows in communications, and unnecessary particles. This not only immediately increased production, but also put tools there for them to use when I was gone. In fact, one sale that I closed (purely incidental) was simply applying these tools by having the salesman implement them in his day-to-day environment.

This was a great apprenticeship and I recommend it to anyone who wants to increase efficiency in their company, their position, their life.

My name is Jack Cheng. I’m a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just finished the How To Make Planning Become An Actuality apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship was great for me. I learned how to lay out the steps to achieve a goal. I can clearly see the different points on different targets; how they work and how I can get people to execute them.

One of the tasks on this apprenticeship required me to plan a campaign, which I’ve never done before. I created it from the beginning to the end. I carefully executed every step and put conditional targets as needed to have better control. I became very comfortable doing this.

Now I have the ability to design, lay out and execute a plan. I gained much more from this apprenticeship, such as the ability to give a public speech, to control things in an event, to organize people and motivate them to enjoy working with and for me.

My name is Alex Edwards. I am a degree student on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International. I just finished the How To Write Effective Company Policy apprenticeship.

I know you’ve been neglected from my regular blogs for a couple months, so here’s one to make it up to you! Enjoy!

On this apprenticeship I got the opportunity to work with the CEO of an Electric Service company. The CEO had recently started promoting his business more, but was still questioning whether he should continue doing it or not. He also wanted to implement a new method to his promotion. He presumed the major barrier in accomplishing this would be for him to get everyone in his business to be able to understand, agree and comply to both continued promotion and to a new method without a lapse in their production. This is where I came in.

I spoke with CEO, and once having been briefed on the situation, was able to write him a policy that encompassed all of what he wanted to be made known. I did so in such a way that was easily comprehendible to the staff. I even checked with his personnel and made sure that they had duplicated fully what the policy was attempting to communicate. Now that Carlos has this policy issued in his company, there won’t be any question as to whether or not promotion should be increasingly done each week. Also, the employees are well on their way to including the CEO’s new method of promotion.

You really don’t know the magic of policy until you’ve seen it in action. The reason why policy would ever get a bad name is because the person reading it just doesn’t understand it or the policy was poorly written and not effective in carrying out its purpose. Well, this apprenticeship allowed me to achieve the ability to confidently and competently write an effective policy, get it understood and followed!

My name is Daphna, and I own a Life Coaching company in Los Angeles, CA. The following is a success story I wrote from degree program student Jonathan Turton recently conducting his Surveys course apprenticeship in my company.

Since opening my office last year, I hadn’t defined my public. The first win I had on this project was finally doing so. Jonathan referred me to the some data from his course on “wrong publics.” It was through learning this data that I finally worked out this very vital point! I now see how absolutely indispensable that action was. Then came the surveys. I was surprised at the buttons that came up. I was very far from them in my marketing efforts. I also gained the valuable data on what images and symbols positioned with my products/services.

For the first time, I am actually ready to put together the right promo for my business, and effectively introduce myself to my potential public.

Thank you for your help!

When Brittany started working at the company, I knew that she was being trained at the Hubbard College. I knew this meant that she would be using the tools here to help with her schoolwork. What I did not realize was how much her apprenticeships would help the company. Brittany has done numerous projects here and they have all proven to be successful. The last project she has been working on was the best.

Brittany came in, talked to me about what needed to be handled within my company and then took off from there. I did not need to do anything other than sit back and watch my statistics go up. Her application of the Administrative Technology has been incredible and the entire company has turned around since she has been working with us. Thank you for all of your hard work and Hubbard College students are welcome any time!î

Brittany was able to help me with my learning in the computer department. I have heard her talk about Hubbardís study technology tools in the past, but this time I was able to actually put them to use. I want to teach my son about these tools to help him in school. Learning about the computer department is very easy now and I know it is because of what Brittany did with me.
