Associate Degree: Work Environment
I am Elena Alvarez, a student from Mexico.  I just finished the ìHow To Get Along With Othersî apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
This apprenticeship really taught me a lot and gave me the experience of how to handle others and get along with them. Â It gave me a lot of reality on how to get along with others and how to handle situations in the work environment to ensure healthy relationships.
This apprenticeship was amazing!

From this apprenticeship, I realized that a good program and a well-set plan will obtain the valuable final products (VFPs) both effectively and efficiently. Â Creating effective programs is the first step. Â It is vital to have this step in before one can even think about organizing the execution of such programs.
It was an honor to work with the company representative, Caroline Hallak and degree student, Miranda Hazen. Caroline is a designer for bridal gowns and I’ve always been interested about fashion. From this apprenticeship, I now realize how important it is to issue the “Basic Purpose” as a first policy in a company, because any company wants their brand to be well known by public. This is what the “Basic Purpose” policy learned on the course does. Â After doing this apprenticeship, I now know how vital the practice of issuing policy to a company is in helping it materialize the owner’s ideas and ultimately reaching its goals.
When I got with the employee, I could see that he was having some problems controlling his job efficiently and he had a lot of confusion because of it. I immediately started applying the data from the course. It was amazing to see that by the next day he was more efficient and had handled the confusions he was having! By providing him the data of the “stable datum,” which tells you how to handle any confusion, and with the Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC), and control handling, the employee really improved. In fact, he was able to accomplish the same amount of work in half the time! This was amazing.
was really effective in creating responses to a promotional piece. Â The art of communicating can be taken to exceptional levels with a well designed and creative marketing campaign. Â I’m very glad I learned about it, and I’m proud of the results I got with it. Â The potential survival of a great business activity was increased ten-fold with it!

Time is money. I have a much greater appreciation for this old saying after finishing this course. Â What tends to happen in a lot of current organizations is that people end up doing things twice when they could finish all at once. This “double-work” costs a lot of money and valuable production time.
I was very happy to see the good changes in people, as they realized new things about their lives while reading the different parts of the 
Communication. This is referred to as the ARC Triangle. When I was working, I suddenly realized that I was feeling a little bored, because of doing the same action again and again and again. My affinity regarding my work was becoming less, and I became quieter. However, when another person talked to me, I suddenly felt happier. Â I felt I was rekindled and became more alive. Then I had more interest to do the work I was doing. In other words, my affinity towards my work increased. At that moment I concentrated on my work again, because I knew what I was really doing.
cannot believe how effective this Administrative Technology is. I’ve grown up around it, but have never truly appreciated the power it can have upon people. It is surreal that you can make a person feel so much better just by working out what their problem is and how to handle it. Knowing how effective this data is, I cannot wait to use it in my own company.
