My name is Jaime Chang.  I am enrolled at Hubbard College of Administration International studying to earn my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I just completed the “How To Write Effective Company Policy” course.

I now know how important policy is in an organization.  If you want to expand and prosper your business, it’s very important to have policy and get it followed by your employees.  This has been a great technology for me to learn and I know Iíll be able to apply it!

My name is Damiano Shehu. I recently graduated Hubbard College of Administration International with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I am now enrolled in the Consultant training and recently completed the Qualifications Secretary Mini Hat course.

This was a very interesting course. The course goes over the different fundamentals of the qualifications division of organization in detail. While on this course, I realized the importance of this division. Without this division, a company can disappear. One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.

I am Eduardo Santos, a student from Mexico, and I just finished the “How to Effectively Handle Work” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.

I really enjoyed this apprenticeship, because I experienced first hand that the technology I just learned has amazing results if you know how to apply correctly.

In this apprenticeship, I went to a very well known company that sells software licenses to improve the efficiency of computers. My main purpose was to help another person increase his efficiency in his work by applying what I learned on my course.

When I got with the employee, I could see that he was having some problems controlling his job efficiently and he had a lot of confusion because of it. I immediately started applying the data from the course. It was amazing to see that by the next day he was more efficient and had handled the confusions he was having! By providing him the data of the “stable datum,” which tells you how to handle any confusion, and with the Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC), and control handling, the employee really improved. In fact, he was able to accomplish the same amount of work in half the time! This was amazing.

Hello, my name is Monica Gonzalez, and I’m from Mexico.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Textile Design.  I was lacking on the administrative side of business, and that is why I chose to enroll at Hubbard Collage of Administration International.

After doing the “Formulas For Business Success” and “Management By Statistics” courses, a manager has no excuse for having low statistics in any type of business.  These courses show one what to do in every condition by means of how to solve situations and keep the statistics up trending.   Everyone who has a business should do these courses. If one uses the information correctly, it literally guarantees success!

In our current society, our abilities and skills are worth more than ever. Companies desperately look for people to hire who will actually DO what is needed and not just maintain the status quo, which holds up the expansion of the organization. One very important aspect of a person is his efficiency. Itís very simple really; if one worker can complete something in half the amount of time of another, then whom are you going to hire? The efficient one of course.

Now, what if a person isn’t able to comply with orders as quickly as another? Is he doomed to eternal failure? Well, the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company course enlightens you about a disease called ìDeveloped-Trafficî (Unnecessary and unusual work), which obliterates two-thirds of a companyís efficiency. It gives a very detailed look into all of the different manifestations that Developed-Traffic can take and how to handle them. Upon recognizing the forms of Developed-Traffic, a person can see how to handle and put an end to it. An example of Developed-Traffic is failure to get an order clarified. As a result of doing this course, I have been able to get all of my work done in the office at twice the speed. Then I just go find even more work to do in another area of the company that I can handle. By just following and understanding everything gone over in the pages of this course, my worth to the company has gotten nothing but more valuable.
