"After I graduated I became the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a successful software company due to the Job Placement assistance at the College. I was able to come in and start in an executive position only because of what I had learned. In the six months I've been working here, we have increased sales by 40% over the previous year."

Master Consultant: Intention=Productivity

Hi, my name is Stella. I’m from Taiwan and am studying to become a certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College.  I have just completed the course “How To Get Things Done.”

Moving upIntention, Intention, Intention!!

This is what you need in order to get things done.

How often are we stuck on something, and we just can’t seem to move on?  How often do you want others to help you get something done, but they never seem to be able to?   Lack of intention is what causes these unfinished tasks.   The drills in the course are so useful and so very easy to adopt.  They are very powerful tools to use.  These tools enable you to be even more efficient on a daily basis when you are given orders or give orders to and from people around us.

Each drill handles one particular situation.  For example, one drill has you confront the people and objects you’re having trouble with at work.  Another addresses how to relay your order to other departments when everyone is occupied.  One more addresses how to stop someone from distracting an order.  These are the common problems we encounter at any given time in our workforce.   Knowing this tech will indeed help boost your efficiency, and most importantly, save time.

Associate Degree: Efficiency Tools

My name is Jonathan Turton.  I ‘m studying to earn my business degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I just finished the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship is amazing!  The company where I conducted the apprenticeship is a construction company.  I was able to help individuals with setting up and maintaining a communication system, which contained each staff member’s IN, PENNDING and OUT baskets.  This produced a direct result of terminating their backlogs and eliminating unnecessary traffic that was being put on their lines.

j0316739It was almost like a coaching role in that I oversaw the person doing this, but it wasn’t actually me handling the person’s stuck flows, slows in communications, and unnecessary particles. This not only immediately increased production, but also put tools there for them to use when I was gone.  In fact, one sale that I closed (purely incidental) was simply applying these tools by having the salesman implement them in his day-to-day environment.

This was a great apprenticeship and I recommend it to anyone who wants to increase efficiency in their company, their position, their life.

Business Degree: Communication-A Tool, Not Just A Via

My name is Tommy Cummings.  I am from Utah and am studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to eventually earn my business degree.

j0234777I have just finished the Improving Business Through Communication course. The course introduces you to the concept that one’s success level depends on his or her communication level.  I love the idea of this.  Basically, this course teaches the fundamentals of communication. After taking it, I feel confident in applying these fundamentals, which has given me a solid foundation for a successful future.

Associate Degree: Different Targets, Same Executive

My name is Jack Cheng.  I’m a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I just finished the How To Make Planning Become An Actuality apprenticeship.

BuildingThis apprenticeship was great for me.  I learned how to lay out the steps to achieve a goal. I can clearly see the different points on different targets; how they work and how I can get people to execute them.

One of the tasks on this apprenticeship required me to plan a campaign, which I’ve never done before. I created it from the beginning to the end. I carefully executed every step and put conditional targets as needed to have better control. I became very comfortable doing this.

Now I have the ability to design, lay out and execute a plan. I gained much more from this apprenticeship, such as the ability to give a public speech, to control things in an event, to organize people and motivate them to enjoy working with and for me.

Associate Degree: Financial Planning

My name is Alex Edwards. I’m from southern California studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to earn my business degree.  I just finished the How to Increase Profits Through Proper Financial Planning course.

j0234773Whether it’s first starting a business and looking at how you should formulate a standard financial planning or are a seasoned corporation looking to increase it’s income, this course has the data on how to properly establish and maintain a financially strong organization.

All of my questions regarding the subject have been answered through reading this course. Previously, I had a vague idea of how to write out my expenses and how to allocate my funds.  I could do so in such a way that I’d have enough money to fall back on should a situation occur.  Now, I can write out a weekly finance plan, which not only pays off all of my bills, but also leaves me with a significant amount in my savings.

Another area I was unfamiliar with was on the subject of which purchase orders to approve.  Basically, I was unfamiliar with the entire practice of getting a purchase order from a staff member who initially created it, getting the approval to the finance committee and fully paid off by the organization. This not only got me trained in that area, but gave me the establishment tools of financial operations of solvency and viability should I want start my own business

I also realized something. In my line of work, I run into different organizations not having enough of a budget to continue to receive services as a result of the economy. The economy itself may be down, but really it’s just the viewpoint of the society. If you get enough people to believe a thing, then among that group, that thing becomes a truth. And since that agreement became so widespread, it became a truth in the United States for example. The point I’m trying to make is that people use this as an excuse to not make profits, they may say, “The economy is down, so profits are down.” This is not a fact. No matter the condition, any group or any society can get through a down economy and come out on top through properly applying these finance tools.

So, the most important thing I learned from this course was if you promote yourself as broke or insolvent, you become insolvent. If you set that thought aside as unimportant and actually study what the necessities are in your company, you’ll go much further than these fellows who go into the fetal position anytime someone mentions the word economy. And soon you’ll start seeing light at the end of the financial tunnel.

Associate Business Degree: Business Ethics

My name is Tony Grimaldi.  I am an American student at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I have just finished the course, Ethics For Business Survival.

To survive as an entrepreneur is one of the most rewarding feelings.  This course goes over the many types ofj0316724situations you’ll have to deal with while running a Business.  For example, have you ever felt like the momentum to start projects has just stopped?  This was one of the things that I had experienced while trying to start a Business.  I finally found the answer within this course.

Rewards and Penalties are what keep motivation alive. I realized a fundamental mistake: I never would reward the person who did the most for us, and I would never penalize the person that wasn’t producing what was needed. Using rewards and penalties can be a fun game to play, as the pay off is far beyond just keeping motivation alive.  Basically, it gets the production up!
This is just one of the benefits I got out of this course! It was really fun and I learned a lot!

Master Consultant: Executive Training

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and I Just finished the Product Debug course that is part of the Master Consultant certification at Hubbard College of Administration International.

Before we get into the details of the course I would like to define two words:

Bugged: is slang for snarled up or halted.

Debug: means to get the snarls or stops out of something.

As one can see, this course is dedicated to the removal of bugs from a production area. It encompasses a great many bugs such as financial, logistics, personnel,j0284001communication and relations with staff.  For each and every bug, there is a specific methodology that will resolve the bug and bring about increased in production. Furthermore, by drilling the various situations in the course room, you gain the confidence to apply the data you learn in a real business environment.

One of the tools that I personally found extremely useful is False Data Stripping. In a society where false information is rampant from so-called authorities, it‘s absolutely necessary to be able to differentiate false data from true data. The False Data Stripping is a step-by-step procedure that allows you to diminish the effect of the untrue data on a subject and replace it with true data. This is a very powerful and useful tool for an executive.  Using this with the other tools learned on this course make for an extensive technology that can and does bring about the desired results-increased production.

Master Consultant: Professional and Private Success

My name is Eiman Rahnama.  Iím an Iranian student from Tehran on the Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Have you ever asked yourself what it takes to be able to find the real problem in a business? Or what it takes to be a business consultant? What should a consultant be able to do? As a newly certified Master Consultant, I have gained the ability to help others expand their business and improve their lives.
Helping people expand their business is one thing, but being able to help them improve their lives through doing so, is a whole other amazing product of this training! Hubbardís Administrative Technology provides you with the tools to improve your condition both professionally and privately. Itís interesting when you think about it.  How can one attain success professionally if he or she canít privately?  This just doesnít make sense.  This is where I come in!  I approach the business of consulting companies by first making sure the leaders are doing well personally.
It is my duty as a business consultant to help individuals expand and prosper. In the Master Consulting program at Hubbard College, I learned those tools. I noticed that I had the ability to work and expand any business without having any experience in that business. A business consultant just needs to know where to look for problems and once he finds the real problem, he can then suggest solutions.
I learned these tools at HCA.  I put these tools to test many times through the internships Iíve done and was very successful in doing so. I literally was able to change peopleís lives!  I was able to see them change right in front of me by simply showing them how things should really be; or by simply by clearing up misunderstandings about their field they had all their lives.
It feels great have this training, which allows me to make such a positive impact in companies and in the lives of those companiesí staff!

Business Degree: Prepared for Career

My name is Felipe Pedrosa.  Iím a degree student from Brazil.  I just finished the internship en route to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Hubbard College of Administration International.
Completing the degree program was a great experience! The company where I did my internship had never seen the Hubbardís Administrative Technology.  This was actually a positive thing, as this is what I will face once I go back to Brazil to implement Hubbardís Administrative Technology in my family’s company.
I wanted to provide the company I did the internship for with the best guidance possible.  I enlightened them with many references, and I made sure they could apply them once I was gone.  Probably the most impactive thing I did for them was expose the executives to managing by statistics A number or amount compared to a another number or amount of the same thing; method of measuring production. However, it isnít enough to just expose a company to statistics on the internship.  I actually had to increase the statistics once we determined which products to measure!
I now feel secure to implement what I learned in any company.
I would like to thank everyone who helped me get through the program, my father for supporting me to be here and to L. Ron Hubbard for providing the Administrative Technology for all of us!

Master Consultant: Establishing Is The Foundation

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and I Just finished the Executive Establishment Officer course that is part of the Master Consultant Levels certification at Hubbard College of Administration International .

As the title of the course suggests, the Establishment Officers’ primary duties are to establish and maintain the organization. The course goes over the specificj0182826technology used by the Establishment Officer to achieve the above. It also delineates the importance of a sound structure that will enable a business to grow and expand.  It so happens that when organization is lacking that structure, sustainable growth and expansion aren’t possible.

If we were to compare an organization to a skyscraper as an analogy, you would clearly see that a skyscraper with a week structure is susceptible to fall from natural forces like wind and earthquakes.   For a company, high winds may be economic instability. However, if you had a skyscraper that had a strong yet flexible structure, this would enable it to handle even the strongest winds and the most destructive earthquakes.

Now, in a business, this would mean stability and flexibility despite of economic instability. Such a business would be so well established that very few external factors would have any real affect on it. The above is the duty of the Establishment Officer and as you can see, it is vital to the survival of any business, state, country or civilization.
