Associate Degree: Internship; AN ACTUAL INTERNSHIP!

My name is Miranda Hazen.  I am a degree student from Los Angeles.  I just completed the internship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I chose to do my internship at a bridal and evening gown company. This was an amazing learning experience for me and I gained so many wins, as I had to overcome so many challenges.
First of all, I have so much confidence in what I have learned on all of the courses on the degree Program. I have total certainty that I can use all of the knowledge that I have learned. When going into this company, I was able to pin point what areas needed improvement and actually handle them. I feel that I now have so much more confront on many things in life, just by doing this. I am not at all worried about making a successful living on my own now, and itĂs due to the fact that this program prepares you for anything. It gave me an ability and sense of control that I would have never gotten at any other school out there.
In working in this company I had to use a lot of the basic tools that I have learned.  I used a lot of my communication skills, Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC) Triangle, the correct gradients, etc. With all of the tools I implemented into her company, I was able to 4x her sales and 3x her production! I also used the HCAI Business Analysis Test to see what the condition her company was in before and after my internship, which showed great improvement.
I also had a wonderful time working with the owner, as I was able to see more closely how the Fashion Industry works. I was able to witness the different day-to-day tasks that she has to do and it was an eye opening experience for me. This was an especially great experience, as my field of interest is fashion.
Overall, this degree program and internship was wonderful! I feel that I now have the ability and strength to succeed in anything I decide to do!

Associate Degree: Building An Infrastructure

My name is Kenny Chen.  I am a student from Taiwan that recently completed the ìBasic Organizationî course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I really like this course, because it includes an incredible amount of data especially with regards to building the infrastructure of a company referred to as an organizing board. Also, I learned how to organize well. I now know how to hat my staff, and how to handle the problems in the organization.
The most incredible thing is that I learned that the organizing board doesnít just apply to a company that Iíll manage.  It also applies to my life and my livingness. I can create an organizing board for myself.   I now have a strong awareness of how to apply such a great organizational tool to my life!  I wish everybody could get this data.

Associate Degree: Basic Tools of Management

Associate Degree: Basic Tools of Management
I am Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei, Taiwan on the Associate Degree Program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just completed the ìMarketing and Public Relations Surveyî course, and I had a lot of fun.
I had some experience doing surveys before this course, but what I knew was limited to communicating with people by using the management tool of the Affinity-Reality-Communication (ARC) triangle.  The ARC Triangle is so basic that even an introductory level study of it is enough to be able to successfully apply it.  So, when starting the ìMarketing and Public Relations Surveyî course, I imagined that Iíd just cover the same data with lots of drills added.
I was wrong! I was surprised when I read ìCreating Surveys.î  The reference contained a lot of data about how to put ARC into oneís survey, and how one can use the survey results to make a good program for a Public Relations campaign. I have to say I really learned a lot from this course.
I now understand why surveying is important. A good survey can salvage a company that is on a course to ruin. So, if you donít know what kind of product would be popular or if you donít know how to name your product, then do the ìMarketing and Public Relations Surveyî course.  You too will then receive a working understanding of what is needed or wanted from your public.
The HCA is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the ìHow to Increase Profits through Proper Financial Planningî apprenticeship.

Associate Degree: Choices in life…

By: Alex Edwards, current AAS degree program student that finished the Ethics For Business Survival apprenticeship.
In life, one has to make many choices. Sometimes these choices are successful and sometimes they are not. It is observed in many cases that when one starts making the wrong choices, he starts trying to cover it up with lies or withheld communication. As sad as it is, this has become a ìNormalî operation for those avoiding to put their own ethics in. This starts a person on the road to dishonesty and is a road that some canít come back from without a little help. The Ethics For Business Survival apprenticeship allowed me to help a person in such a situation.
This apprenticeship utilizes the tools gained from the Ethics For Business Survival course, and has the student drill them to perfection, so that he may ultimately be able to handle any out-ethics situation that a person was involved in. Such was the result with me. I had done all of the drills, which prepared me to be able to bring someone from the lowest operating condition, Confusion, to the highest, Power.
After drilling, I then started the final task of the apprenticeship with a person who was in a bad situation with his school. Some promises werenĂt being kept and his attendance was suffering. We determined his condition to be a Danger condition and I had brought him up into the condition of Normal. At this point in time, the person had handled his situation all on his own thanks to applying the condition formulas correctly, and was on great terms with the school again.
I was very happy with the results of doing this apprenticeship and noticed that the person was much more in control of his life. ItĂs amazing to think that just by following the simple steps of the condition formulas that anyone can actually come out of the bad situation better than ever! By doing the course and apprenticeship, people can be fully trained in this area and could be so much more powerful over their immediate environment. As one can see, this pertains to every part of life, because in order to survive, be happy and succeed, one must be ethical. I think you can agree that when you look at all of your achievements, past and present, that the ones you are most happy about and which actually improved yours and othersĂ survival are the ones you came by honestly. So, I implore you to do this course and apprenticeship, not only to help yourself, but for the betterment of all of us on planet Earth. In my opinion, it is Ethics For Survival, period.

Handling Ups & Downs In Life With Correct Business Administration

Jerome Garot - Student at HCA

Because Trampolines Get Boring Soooooo Fast

You don’t get stuck on a trampoline or a rollercoaster just in life. Businesses can get into this seemingly endless cycle themselves.

Where many people would say “Oh, well that’s life….”, I would say “Let’s find a solution” and go out and handle any problems that have come my way.

I wasn’t always like this, in the past I would just avoid the problem, go around it, or just accept its existence and live with it. This is what most people do, most of my friends at home too. This isn’t the right thing to do I’ve realized.

As long as a problem goes unhandled, it will keep you under in some way or another. It might just be a little extra weight, but could also be your biggest barrier to succeeding in life in general.

So what made me change that way of handling life? In studying for a business administration degree, you learn to organize so that problems don’t happen very easily. Now what if it explains it in such a way that makes it able to even apply it in your life?

Many see work as the biggest annoyance in life, but that just means they don’t get their job well enough and they haven’t organized it in a way that makes it enjoyable for them.

There are certain very basic laws in this world that hold you back, it’s not bad luck, it’s not the weather, it’s often a hidden suppressive source.

The Hubbard College gave me these really great solutions to everyday problems that help me in widening my capabilities in choosing a career and pursuing it. It has removed a lot of barriers for me and made me realize that the sky is not the limit. In fact there is no limit whatsoever.

Workable Business Administration Solutions at The Hubbard College

The Difference Between “Business in Books”, and Business in the Real World

When looking at the current state of affairs in the business world, one can’t help but wonder where it all went wrong. For many politicians, pointing their finger and blaming innocent organizations seems to be their solution. This all makes it pretty obvious that they’re just trying to ignore their responsibility for ruining the economy and the lives of people who are part of it.

Right now, being able to DO things goes a lot further than being able to just KNOW things. This is what students and entrepreneurs must be focusing on in choosing a career to pursue.

I’ve been interested in business administration for several years and had some college experience back in The Netherlands, where I’m originally from, and I couldn’t find myself being able to actually apply what I had learned and had been taught (but apparently did get a good grade on).

• Many of my friends just want to get their business administration degree and then start making some money. This traps them in the “9 to 5 drag”.

• Their education gives them nothing that they can think with for themselves and then need to be worked in for 2 years at a company from which they never seem to be able to leave from.

• They didn’t learn the fundamentals of expansion in life nor in business.

• They can’t confront expansion, because they never really learned HOW to do it, and what it actually consists of.

I left after my first year at The Hague College and moved to Los Angeles by myself to start a program at a school that really caught my attention. This was the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA). After my initial orientation at the college, I just knew this was different than anything I had ever encountered before.

I started immediately when I received my student VISA and after one year I have been sent out to numerous businesses to apply each theory course in the real business world.

Thanks to this different way of educating, I actually have the confidence that I will be able to use everything I have learned.

I am currently finishing my Associate Degree and am going to pursue Consultant Programs right here at HCA.
