<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-1354" title="j0309621" src="http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/j0309621-214x300.jpg" alt="j0309621" width="214" height="300" />I have wanted to take this course since I started the degree program at <a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org">Hubbard College of Administration</a>. This course taught me many things to keep production lines flowing smoothly.  It taught me what to do in order to make sure that I&#8217;m always productive with my duties and responsibilities.  In addition, I learned how to handle slows and stops in production from an executive and or <a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/our-mission.php">senior viewpoint</a>, and what to do with employees that don’t understand well and duplicate your directions. This course was definitely worth it and it could help anybody or any business to speed up production!!!</p>

I’m from southern California studying at <a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org">Hubbard College of Administration International</a> to earn my business degree.  I just finished the <a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/admissions.php">How to Increase Profits Through Proper Financial Planning course</a>.</p>
<p><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-1338" title="j0234773" src="http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/j0234773.gif" alt="j0234773" width="110" height="150" />Whether it’s first starting a business and looking at how you should formulate a standard financial planning or are a seasoned corporation looking to increase it’s income, this course has <em>the </em>data on how to properly establish and maintain a financially strong organization.</p>
<p>All of my questions regarding the subject have been answered through reading this course. Previously, I had a vague idea of how to write out my expenses and how to allocate my funds.  I could do so in such a way that I’d have enough money to fall back on should a situation occur.  Now, I can write out a weekly finance plan, which not only pays off all of my bills, but also leaves me with a significant amount in my savings.</p>
<p>Another area I was unfamiliar with was on the subject of which purchase orders to approve.  Basically, I was unfamiliar with the entire practice of getting a purchase order from a staff member who initially created it, getting the approval to the finance committee and fully paid off by the organization. This not only got me trained in that area, but gave me the establishment tools of financial operations of solvency and viability should I want start my own business</p>
<p>I also realized something. In my line of work, I run into different organizations not having enough of a budget to continue to receive services as a result of the economy. The economy itself may be down, but really it’s just the viewpoint of the society. If you get enough people to believe a thing, then among that group, that thing becomes a truth. And since that agreement became so widespread, it became a truth in the United States for example. The point I’m trying to make is that people use this as an excuse to not make profits, they may say, “The economy is down, so profits are down.” This is not a fact. No matter the condition, any group or any society can get through a down economy and come out on top through properly applying these finance tools.</p>
<p>So, the most important thing I learned from this course was if you promote yourself as broke or insolvent, you become insolvent. If you set that thought aside as unimportant and actually study what the necessities are in your company, you’ll go much further than these fellows who go into the fetal position anytime someone mentions the word economy. And soon you’ll start seeing light at the end of the financial tunnel.</p>

Moreover, with this knowledge I have the management tools to teach people the correct sense of ethics and morals.</p>
<p>This apprenticeship has given me experience in using tools to help staff overcome past mistakes. The procedure process of completing the tasks on this apprenticeship actually employed exact steps!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-436" title="associate degree internship" src="http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/HCA-Blog-9-300x260.jpg" alt="HCA" width="230" height="199" />I’m just wrapping up a 200-hour internship, which will conclude my Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration Degree. When I started the <a title="associate degree" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/degree-program.php" target="_blank">associate degree</a> program in July, I knew I’d be going into a company, using the administrative tools I have learned, and putting order into organizations as in prior apprenticeships. The Hubbard College of Administration staff really helped me find a great location for the internship. I told the internship supervisor that I’d like to have an internship site in an art related field.  I was set up with an audio post-production facility in Burbank, California. The company, Juniper Post, does sound design, mixing and recording for film and television.  It is an Emmy Award winning company.</p>
<p>I worked there for over a month managing current programs. I would never have gotten this experience at any other career college.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-229" title="Blog 37 image" src="http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/Blog-37-image-300x216.jpg" alt="Blog 37 image" width="300" height="216" />A lot of people can start yawning when they hear words “STUDY” and “College Degree.” They associate study with something boring, uninteresting, with time spent in classrooms “listening” to a teacher , looking out the window and thinking it is so nice outside and “What am I doing here?” I thought the same way before I came to Hubbard College of Administration .You know, studying here has been a big discovery for me,<a title="career education" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org" target="_blank"> Career Education</a> can be BIG FUN!</p>
<p>At Hubbard College of Administration, you never just sit in the classroom and read a book or write essays, your course program is made in such way that you always do theory – practice, theory – practice. Read – go and practice! Complete your course, go to the business site and do your project! Do you think we have time to be bored? <img src='http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> . NO!</p>
<p>We have some classrooms for theory and for practice, so when you read or do written assignments you are in the silent room. And when you need to do a practice you go to a special practice classroom where you will not find “silence”. In fact, it can be very noisy, especially when some students do Training Drills from a course “How to Get Things Done.” It is one of the first courses in the <a title="Associate Degree" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/degree-program.php" target="_blank">Associate Degree</a> and one of my favorite ones.  After these drills my intention and my ability to get things done increased so much! In my former job (and in my life) I preferred to do all the work by myself rather than to get other people do their jobs. I had a big problem to get things done and it was one of the reasons why I was so overburdened in my position. This course helped me solve this problem, it was a big win for me.</p>
<p>For more than one year I have studied here, I never was bored from my career education. I love study !</p>

I got a <a title="college degree" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org" target="_blank">college degree</a> as an environmental engineer. But soon after graduating, I started to ask myself, “Can I really work as an engineer? Do I have enough knowledge and experience to start working in this sphere?” Unfortunately, my answers to these questions were “NO.” After 5 years in the university, I had no idea how to apply that data which I “got” a diploma for. I was in confusion. I had a lot of problems finding a  job. At that time I had the idea that I needed another education which would give me tools for business and life, not just a piece of paper named a “diploma.” Now I am a student at Hubbard College of Administration and very close to finishing my Associate Degree. And this program is exactly what I wanted!</p>
<p>In this college degree it is quite remarkable that there are apprenticeships after almost every course you do. You cannot say, “I don&#8217;t know” or, “I am unable to apply the knowledge gotten!”  It is impossible, as you have to demonstrate it in the apprenticeships every time! <img src='http://blog.hubbardcollege.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> .</p>
<p>The study method used here is so great that every student KNOWS what he learned and IS ABLE TO APPLY and has lots of perspectives in their life regarding the data.</p>
<p>In some months, I am going back to my country. I am very confident in my future, I have my goal in life and I have management tools which will help me reach success in my life. Now, that is a <a title="career education" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org" target="_blank">career education</a>.</p>
