"When I began practicing dentistry I was eager to service everyone. After all, that is what doctors do. However, I had no management technology and found myself frustrated and stressed out. I was constantly looking for an answer to improve as a person and improve my practice. After being in the field of dentistry for six years and only getting by with great effort, I was introduced to the Hubbard Management Technology and began to apply it to my practice. I saw results instantly in myself and my practice. My stats sky rocketed."

Consultant Training: Fundamentals of Qualifications

My name is Damiano Shehu. I recently graduated Hubbard College of Administration International with my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I am now enrolled in the Consultant training and recently completed the Qualifications Secretary Mini Hat course.
This was a very interesting course. The course goes over the different fundamentals of the qualifications division of an organization in detail. While on this course, I realized the importance of this division. Without this division, a company can disappear. One of the main points this course focuses on is the importance of training your staff, because if you were to analyze an organization, you would find out that it is made up of individual staff members joined by a common purpose. Now, if you were to train and enhance the individual staff member so that he/she can expand and prosper, then the whole organization would expand and prosper. This training is the responsibility of the qualifications division. Thus, itís essential to the expansion of an organization to have a fully and properly established qualifications division.

Management Degree: Proven Results From Proven Technology

I am Eduardo Santos, a student from Mexico, and I just finished the ìHow to Effectively Handle Workî apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I really enjoyed this apprenticeship, because I experienced first hand that the technology I just learned has amazing results if you know how to apply correctly.
In this apprenticeship, I went to a very well known company that sells software licenses to improve the efficiency of computers. My main purpose was to help another person increase his efficiency in his work by applying what I learned on my course.
When I got with the employee, I could see that he was having some problems controlling his job efficiently and he had a lot of confusion because of it. I immediately started applying the data from the course. It was amazing to see that by the next day he was more efficient and had handled the confusions he was having! By providing him the data of the ìstable datum,î which tells you how to handle any confusion, and with the Affinity-Realty-Communication (ARC), and control handling, the employee really improved. In fact, he was able to accomplish the same amount of work in half the time! This was amazing.

Consultant Levels: A new viewpoint

Damiano Shehu
29/06/2010
My name is Damiano Shehu and I am a student at the Hubbard College of Administration. I just started the consultant levels, and I recently finished a course titled: Executive Director Mini Hat.
I really enjoyed this course, because I was able to assume the viewpoint of an Executive Director (ED), which allowed me to really understand what an ED does. One of the fundamental actions of the ED is to ensure that his or her staff are getting their products. This is much more detailed and practical than what someone might think of as delegating.  Furthermore, I learned a step-by-step guide to solving any problem that you might encounter on different departments and divisions of your organization.
Overall the course was great. I feel more confident leading a group of people and ensuring that theyíre productive and contributing to the expansion of the organization.

Management training: Formulas for Business Success

My name is Lex Howard and I completed the ìFormulas for Business Successî course at Hubbard College of Administration International (HCA).
I canít express how much confidence it gives me to go back into the workplace and just know that I can make things happen in our company.  When I went to bed each night after course, I would think of all the ways this knowledge is going to be able to be applied to my company, and how I can pass this excitement I feel to the entire staff.  It makes me wish I could stay here full time and go straight through the management program and come back to my company with a fresh new view.
Even though I donít have a full understanding of planning and keeping statistics yet, with just the technology I have learned in Formulas for Business Success, I will make my company flourish.
What impresses me most about Hubbard College is the success of its graduates. I am excited that I can use this technology to be one of them.

Career Education: Ethics and Business

I am Mary Beth Shields and American student taking individual courses at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just completed the ìEthics for Business Survivalî course.
I took this course with little to no understanding of ethics (that is, how they apply to an individual or how they apply in a business). Not only do I have a clearer understanding, I know how to handle situations on every level. I can act ethically, morally and know when and why to apply justice.
The supervisors were all patient, understanding and extremely helpful. They listened to what I had to say and directed me to the information. I learned techniques for demonstration that really helped in understanding concepts.
This was an excellent course and I recommend it to business professionals and individuals.
Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.

A Business Administration Pro is Not Only Reflected by Appearance

Don’t Judge a Book by its Cover, and Never Judge a Businessman by His Suit

Have you ever seen a “suit” who just doesn’t produce, but still makes a lot of money? (If you’re thinking about Michael Scott from the Office, erase it and think of someone YOU know in your vicinity.) And on the other hand, have you seen someone who works his or her butt off who doesn’t get paid a dime?

- Maybe this might even be you. A hard working student who gets a B, compared to the cheating student who gets straight A’s. It’s not fair.

I’ve seen it happen a lot, where someone works at a company for a long time and he wants to start making more money, because he’s increasing his life, maybe buy a house, get married, etc. He’s working at this company for 10 years and STILL the promotion depends on how nice he is to the boss or how close he is related to him.

Now this just isn’t right.

A position in a company should not be based on this; neither should it be on your knowingness about things. It should be based on PRODUCTION.

- What can you produce that is valuable to the company and thus making you a valuable asset to the company?

If you’re looking at continuing education after high school, or just getting a business administration degree after your college, the Hubbard College is a great college to teach you the accurate way of doing business and being a professional. In addition they provide 100% job placement after graduating the associate degree.

What I like about this, is that the companies who are associated with the college base their promotion and salary on statistics – actual recordings of the production amount.

- Most of the companies are from old graduates/alumni and apply the business administration technology that the school gives. (And they are really nice guys too, makes you see a different side of businessmen and women.)

So yeah, this has helped many of my graduated friends get started in the business world, it makes it way easier than just being thrown out in the real world after 4 years like most colleges/universities do.
