"After I graduated I became the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a successful software company due to the Job Placement assistance at the College. I was able to come in and start in an executive position only because of what I had learned. In the six months I've been working here, we have increased sales by 40% over the previous year."

Master Consultant: Qualifications

My name is Hiro.  I just completed my Qualification Sectary mini hat for my Consulting Level II!

Yes!!! This course is basically about the function of the head of any qualification division in a company.  It trains you to ensure, as the head of thej0284915area, to establish and maintain that the staff members of the organization are producing whatever they supposed to produce and at the level of quality needed.  Before, I had some simple questions about the organization. What can I do with those people who don’t produce as much as they’re supposed to? Or, how to make every single employee in the organization wanting their products, so they’ll start producing more with a passion for what they do.

I didn’t know the answers for these questions. I knew that if the morale of the employees in the organization is high then they’ll produce very well, but I didn’t know how to make their morale high, or keep it high. This course was amazing in that it explained to me everything that I needed to know about area of qualifications.  I now know the anatomy and method of how to handle the above situations. Also, I know how to run a qualifications division and what its true purpose and functions are.

I became much more powerful and more cause as a future executive, because of this course.

Consultant Training: Basics of Organization

My name is Brandon, and today I completed a course called Company Basics One at Hubbard College.

CB056536If you look around at the majority of small companies or even the largest of companies on earth, you’ll find that the staff and executives all have something in common; they don’t know the basics of organizing.  This may seem to be a stiff statement at first, but just think about the executives who’s jobs are demanding of both their time and patience.  They are stressed and complain of “no time” and may even have disgruntled employees, and at their last wits end, either quit or endure arduously.

Every professional on earth would benefit from this course.  It teaches you the very simple fundamentals of organizing and how to implement order. It will revitalize that notion of long ago that you could have a great job and a great life with all the time you would ever need for the things you personally desire to create while being a successful part of the workaday world.

Associate Business Degree: Business Ethics

My name is Tony Grimaldi.  I am an American student at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I have just finished the course, Ethics For Business Survival.

To survive as an entrepreneur is one of the most rewarding feelings.  This course goes over the many types ofj0316724situations you’ll have to deal with while running a Business.  For example, have you ever felt like the momentum to start projects has just stopped?  This was one of the things that I had experienced while trying to start a Business.  I finally found the answer within this course.

Rewards and Penalties are what keep motivation alive. I realized a fundamental mistake: I never would reward the person who did the most for us, and I would never penalize the person that wasn’t producing what was needed. Using rewards and penalties can be a fun game to play, as the pay off is far beyond just keeping motivation alive.  Basically, it gets the production up!
This is just one of the benefits I got out of this course! It was really fun and I learned a lot!

Master Consultant: Establishing Is The Foundation

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and I Just finished the Executive Establishment Officer course that is part of the Master Consultant Levels certification at Hubbard College of Administration International .

As the title of the course suggests, the Establishment Officers’ primary duties are to establish and maintain the organization. The course goes over the specificj0182826technology used by the Establishment Officer to achieve the above. It also delineates the importance of a sound structure that will enable a business to grow and expand.  It so happens that when organization is lacking that structure, sustainable growth and expansion aren’t possible.

If we were to compare an organization to a skyscraper as an analogy, you would clearly see that a skyscraper with a week structure is susceptible to fall from natural forces like wind and earthquakes.   For a company, high winds may be economic instability. However, if you had a skyscraper that had a strong yet flexible structure, this would enable it to handle even the strongest winds and the most destructive earthquakes.

Now, in a business, this would mean stability and flexibility despite of economic instability. Such a business would be so well established that very few external factors would have any real affect on it. The above is the duty of the Establishment Officer and as you can see, it is vital to the survival of any business, state, country or civilization.

Master Consultant: As If Wearing a Tie Wasn’t Cool Enough Already!

My name is Jerome Garot, and I recently finished my Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration International, and boy it has been an enjoyable ride!
I have gained many newfound abilities and made many new contacts for future business opportunities. The thing I am most thankful for is that I was able to work in a field that I was interested; art.  I got to work with artists and people specialized in the field and got to establish a real working foundation regarding how to help people and how to relay information exactly as I wanted it to be relayed through using simple consulting and study technology.
It is a great feeling to teach other people something.  You learn a lot of new things in doing so, as theyíll bring up questions that you hadnít thought about before or had to address in the classroom. This expands your experience with people and it really showed me how much data I had locked away! All these new questions gave me this competence of being able to readily handle any confusion in that personís company.
I highly encourage every degree program student or experienced businessman and woman to continue to expand his or her knowledge of business by doing the Master Consultant program!

Associate Degree: Planning That Works

Written by Saleem El Houssami, a Lebanese student from Beirut, Lebanon on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
For the first time in my life I know why I never do what I plan to do! The ìHow to making planning become an actualityî course was truly one of the most enlightening courses that I have ever taken!
Before I did this course I always thought, ìHow come every time I plan something it never gets done?î No one seemed to be able to answer that question about me actualizing my dreams. Now finally, this course gave me the answer!
I truly recommend to those who want to see planning become an actuality either in their life or in their businesses to take this course, because itís key to helping you plan the right wayóa way that works!
Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the ìEthics for Business Survivalî apprenticeship.

Successful Entrepreneurs with Management Skills Weather Recession Best

The news is full of stories about layoffs and people who have to face the New Year without employment.

Contrary to what the media would have you believe, not all businesses are struggling. Some business owners are doing just fine. In fact their stats are rising.

What’s their secret?  They know how to weather a downturn.  They have the data that allows them to take actions that keep their bottom line looking healthy.  While others cut their marketing budgets companies that understand how to operate and manage in tough economic conditions will pour the coals on promotion and economize in every other way possible.

This keeps their stats going up. And that means they don’t have to lay off workers.

Bail Out and Exec Bonuses

There has been much hullabaloo in the news and blogs about how much of the bail out money went to the bank executives.

“The 116 banks that so far have received taxpayer dollars to boost them through the economic crisis gave their top tier of executives nearly $1.6 billion in salaries, bonuses and other benefits in 2007,” says an AP study

The AP review of annual reports that the banks file with the Securities and Exchange Commission found that the average paid to each of the banks’ top executives was $2.6 million in salary, bonuses and benefits.

And they’re the folk that go the institutions into this mess with their lack of administrative and management skill.
It’s no wonder the SBA Office of Advocacy states that the number one reason a business fails is the lack of administrative and management expertise.

What we need right now is managers and business owners who have some sane and workable Administrative Technology under their belts.
