The following is a recent success story from a student doing an internship
via the Hubbard College of Administration. The internship program enables students to gain real-life experience applying the materials they have studied to produce real-world results, making them a valuable asset in any organization.

My internship gave me more than I expected.

First of all I learned how to write programs and get them followed through to the end. This is very important as one needs to follow the steps that have been thought-out and put in the right order to accomplish anything. The help from Hubbard College on this was really appreciated as they guided me to create real operating programs that lead to results.

Through the action of getting other people to follow orders I found out how important it is to write programs and orders on a gradient and in their own sphere of reality. There were things that I believed other people knew and should apply easily, but I found out they really couldn’t and that one must cut the gradient to get a result.

I used standard Hubbard Administrative Tech in a successful company in the U.S. and also in an unsuccessful one in Greece and I got results at both.

Applying my program to the first business resulted in more order and coordination. Personnel learned what an org board is and their positions in it. This actually made them happier and more secure while at the same time, they had a healthy stat improvement.

Prior to this, I thought that only businesses that had problems needed me. Now I know this tech can and should be applied at all businesses, specially in successful ones, as they need real help to go on being successful.

That was a big change in my viewpoint.

In Greece I helped a company that was in liability by putting order in so they could get their sales up. My program got them out of apathy and working to sell and get their stats up to a healthy range. From this I learned that putting in ethics and applying some control results in finding the real treasure in any business: able personnel that can get it going again.

I had to take full responsibility for this company and overcome many obstacles but with the help of my apprenticeship supervisor I got over the difficulties and helped change their lives.

Their stats are going up, and more importantly, they are using Hubbard Administrative Tech.

Before, there was “no hope” — now they know they can make it no matter what: they know there is a solution.

I also now see how easily my country could get over its difficulties and rise again to the glory it deserves. Sane, ethical people with good intentions using Hubbard Administrative Technology and some positive control, is all it would take to reveal my country’s real treasure.

What I have gained from this application is certainty in Hubbard Administration Technology and the amazing results it can give in practically “reviving” the dead.

It is one thing to have the theory of a subject: it’s a totally different thing to be able to apply it in real life. The internship gives you the certainty you need for the standard application that gets results. I had great support from Hubbard College in successfully applying my program and the necessary orders despite being many, many miles away and in a chaotic business environment, as exists in Greece today.

I want to thank the Hubbard College team that helped me through this experience as it strengthened my intention to apply Hubbard Administrative Technology and so fulfill my dreams.

I want also to thank my brother Alex Alemis for his support and for introducing me to Hubbard College, and of course thanks to the man that is behind all this, L. Ron Hubbard, who spent his life giving us the tools to help each other do better in life.

I look forward to continuing my studies at Hubbard College and business people looking for real solutions should do the same, as the results are very fast.

Thank you.

With respect to the amazing job you are doing,

Kyriaki Alemi

Indeed, one purpose for any company is ìmaking money.î Obviously a company canít survive without it. However, just focusing on making money isnít enough. When youíre making money, you will have disbursements (bills, purchase orders, rents, taxes, etc.) that need to be managed carefully. Poor management of such disbursements result in negative consequences.

In this course I learned the policy about how to handle the financial particles in a company. Then, in the apprenticeship, I put all I learned into a company. That is a good way for me to learn finance. Before I learned it, I thought finance was a complex subject, and I wished I didnít have to touch it. Yet, after this course and apprenticeship, I felt good about it.

By Alex Edwards, who just finished the “How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company” course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in business management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA) in Los Angeles, CA.

In our current society, our abilities and skills are worth more than ever. Companies desperately look for people to hire who will actually DO what is needed and not just maintain the status quo, which holds up the expansion of the organization. One very important aspect of a person is his efficiency. Itís very simple really; if one worker can complete something in half the amount of time of another, then whom are you going to hire? The efficient one of course.

Now, what if a person isn’t able to comply with orders as quickly as another? Is he doomed to eternal failure? Well, the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company course enlightens you about a disease called ìDeveloped-Trafficî (Unnecessary and unusual work), which obliterates two-thirds of a companyís efficiency. It gives a very detailed look into all of the different manifestations that Developed-Traffic can take and how to handle them. Upon recognizing the forms of Developed-Traffic, a person can see how to handle and put an end to it. An example of Developed-Traffic is failure to get an order clarified. When a person doesnít understand what needs to be done, he can’t be expected to get it done fast. If the person clarified the order, then it would have gotten done then and there. Knowing of the 51 types of Developed-Traffic, including this one, a fellow’s efficiency will dramatically increase and he’ll soon find himself with plenty of extra time to get even more done.

As a result of doing this course, I have been able to get all of my work done in the office at twice the speed. My statistics in the office have been significantly increasing each week and I find myself with my daily targets and tasks completed well before the day is over. Then I just go find even more work to do in another area of the company that I can handle. By just following and understanding everything gone over in the pages of this course, my worth to the company has gotten nothing but more valuable.

I recommend you do this course, so that your company can grow larger and recognize you for it.

During the “How to Create Want for Your Products through Effective Sales Techniques” apprenticeship, I learned more about why you need to be informed about the product you are selling. I learned that one needs to know the features, the benefits of the product, about the business and owner who you are trying to sell to, as well as knowing about the price and payment options to name a few. It was exciting to do sales, because you only can get “one-shot.” There was no “start over again” or other types of classroom re-tries. Either you get the customer to buy or you lose him.

I had wins selling my company’s products to six different individuals. They were all unique sales. Each of them had their own concerns and had their own interests. However, by locating their interest, I was able to sell them what they needed and wanted. Itís fascinating to find a person’s interest and cultivate their willingness to buy a specific product. Fundamentally, sell them what they want, donít try to sell them everything.

I am currently on the “Marketing and Public Relations Surveys” apprenticeship.

From this ìHow to Make Planning Become an Actualityî apprenticeship, I know better how to differentiate the different types of actions (called target types) that have to be considered in achieving a goal. This allows me to plan more carefully so there is no unnecessary action and overlooked actions. All the target types are important and when skillfully assembled and combined, lead the user towards the major target, which is the program goal.

During this apprenticeship, I found out that this is a field I like. I like to plan and turn it into a doable program. In fact, this is what Iím doing all the time in my head. I just need to put my plans in writing and get them executed. When I have something in my head, I can definitely write it down as a program and that makes it easier to carry out than solely thinking of it in oneís head. I can use this for my future business undertaking, which I believe will be a great hpelp. Also, I can apply this same skill for my non-business, personal aspirations. This is how I can make my dreams come true!

My name is Damiano Shehu. Iím an Albanian student from Tirana on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

The ìFinal Internship for the Associate of Applied Science: Management and Administrationî was just great. I got to see how fast this technology could change things. It was nothing short of miracle; a miracle that anyone who applies this tech can achieve.

I worked with a company that designed and produced movie and television props. They had been hit hard by the recent economic crisis. My initial observation was that the company had great potential. However there had been no production for the last 12 weeks: no work, no leads and ultimately no income. Also, I noticed that there was very little outflow of communication and promotional activities.

Based on my initial assessment of their scene, I concluded that the biggest problem that needed handling was promotion.

Therefore, the first action that I decided to do was significantly increase the outflow of communication and promotion. I came to this conclusion, because I saw the company was non-existent and needed to produce something. So, to handle this, I sat with the two top executives and emphasized the importance of outflow and promotion. I doubled the post cards outflow and the reaches for business increased by 250%!

About two days after the first wave of promotion went out, the company received its first job in four months. The company grossed $3,391.27 for that week. I then ensured that they were keeping the promotional actions going. As a result of this, the company closed another job for $7,800.00 the following week. Today, the company closed two more jobs totaling $7,000.00. Thus, the company grossed $18,191.27 in a period of 4 weeks. This was a thousand percent increase over the past twelve weeks, which had zero ($0) income.

When I look back at my progress, I feel proud of what I have achieved. Most importantly, Iím the product of all of the staff members here at the college. They should feel proud of what theyíve done. The results that I have obtained as well as other students are a direct result of their dedication and hard work. And on that note, I thank you for changing my life and making me more able to be successful in my chosen profession.

HCA is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.

My name is Damiano Shehu. I’m an Albanian student from Tirana on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

The “Final Internship for the Associate of Applied Science: Management and Administration” was just great. I got to see how fast this technology could change things. It was nothing short of miracle; a miracle that anyone who applies this tech can achieve. I worked with a company that designed and produced movie and television props. A REAL strategy needed to be developed in order to confront the non-existent amount of reaches the company currently had, and also to get the company communicating their message effectively to their target markets. I presented an outlined strategy to the two top executives and emphasized the importance of its immediate implementation. It was very validating to see that the executives were impressed with my proposed solution and that they agreed to have me execute it. The strategy immediately yielded results with reaches for the company increasing 250%, and a 5X increase in income over just a four-week period!

When I look back at my progress, I feel proud of what I have achieved. Most importantly, I’m the product of all of the staff members here at the college. They should feel proud of what they’ve done. The results that I have obtained as well as other students are a direct result of their dedication and hard work.
