"After I graduated I became the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a successful software company due to the Job Placement assistance at the College. I was able to come in and start in an executive position only because of what I had learned. In the six months I've been working here, we have increased sales by 40% over the previous year."

Business Training:

Tiffany here!  I just completed another course at HCA called Personal Integrity.

The materials for this course use numerous pictures and examples to illustrate the concepts.  This made it muchartpromo easier to conceptually understand. Also, demonstrating is a key study tool I learned before, which really helps when I have difficulty in my studies.

This material is so interesting!  I can now see the importance of having standard tools to address ethical situations.  One needs to have these tools to be a professional both in the workplace and at home.  The data I learned is simply another set of tools for me to use as an executive in all areas of my life.

Associate Degree: Hiring the Right People

Hi, my name is Monica Gonzalez, and I am from Mexico.  I just finished The How To Evaluate and Predict Human Behavior course and apprenticeship.
One thing you learn about on the course is the chart of human evaluation.  This is a chart that assists you in plotting where one is at based on behavioral characteristics displayed by an individual.  Itís very interesting to fully understand the human chart of evaluation and all the characteristics of the Tone Levels.  I understood the importance of having high/up tone people working for you and with you.  And by doing so, one can increase or decrease the success of the business.
Understanding the level of responsibility, communication, and the way people in different tone levels can receive and hand out information is unbelievable! It can help you a lot.  You spot lower toned individuals and this will help you determine what those individuals are capable of with regards to carrying out assignments or level of accountability.
Having all this knowledge will cause me to hire the right people when I start my own business. It is now the ability to surround oneself with the right people that will help you grow and expand.

Consultant Training: IMPORTANCE OF INTENTION!

Hello again everyone.  This is Ted Kumada. I am currently studying to become a consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International, and I’ve just completed the course “HOW TO GET THINGS DONE.”

j0202073This course is very practical, and everyone can get great benefits from it.  My WIN was that I had a cognition with regards to the concept, IMPORTANCE OF “INTENTION.”  Throughout my career, I have given numerous commands. However, have I always done it with INTENTION?  It is questionable.  Commands with force DO NOT work.  Commands with INTENTION do!  Forceful manner of giving commands won’t work since we’re dealing with human beings.  From now on, I can give my commands with INTENTION, not with FORCE.

It was a big WIN!

Business Management: Effective Production

My name is Ariane Anze.  I am a student from Bolivia studying to earn my Business Management degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I just finished the ìHow To Get Things Doneî course.
I really liked the course, because it teaches you how to handle people and really get things done!  One such tool that helps teach you this is the Affinity-Reality-Communication Triangle.  This is a concept that teaches you how to keep better communication in between you and others.
This course has more than 20 practical drills. In each of them, you have to handle people who are trying to distract you from getting something done.  I had a lot of fun doing the drills and nothing is more enjoyable than learning something that you know youíll be able to apply!

Business Degree: Ethics starts at a personal level

Hello, my name is Michael Maatouk.  Iím a Lebanese student from Beirut on the Associate of Applied Science degree at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
I recently completed a course called, ìEthics for Business Survival.î Ethics in essence starts at a personal level and is vital for a person and his organization. Whether it is a businessí profits, the degree of a relationship with someone or even handling things in the house; they all need ethics! This course can cause miracles to happen in the improvement of lives, businesses, relationships with others and especially the management of running a business (whether new or old). It teaches you how to handle personnel with proper ethics in order to improve the statistics (a number or amount compared to an earlier or number of amount), which is a measure of production of your organization. You will witness data, which reveals the real reason (which many people have no clue about) on why statistics crash and businesses fail. Hence, enabling you to revert this dwindling spiral and in turn only cause the best for your business. I recommend this course to whoever wants to increase the profits of his business or generally improve his working life. In the end, successful people and organizations apply this data.

Associate Degree: Real Life Application

My name is Giancarlo Dutko, and I just finished the “How To Effectively Handle Work” course on the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.

ControlThere is an entire section of this course devoted to “Control.” After reading the section, I applied it with my two year-old son. What I did was very simple. I went with him to his room and told him to pick up one of his toys. After he picked it up, I acknowledged him and then told him to put it in a basket.  Once he completed this, I acknowledged him. We did that over and over untill all of his toys where put away. Now the next day, before he went to bed, he picked up his toys and put them in their place. The amazing part is that nobody asked him to do so. Now that proves to me that control is not bad at all, as long as it is done with a certainty of outcome and good intentions.  Although this may appear to be a simplistic example, it clearly demonstrates what managers experience every day in the work place with regards to “Control.”

Associate Degree: New Sales Book

My name is Juan Carlos Ramos P, and I just finished the “Sales” apprenticeship in route to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I had a great time doing this apprenticeship.  The subject of Sales is nothing, but a drill on communication through the application of control and the use of emotion.  The apprenticeship contains drills that actually call for the student to conduct sales in a real setting.  For this, I chose to sell the new book The Complete Guide To Successful Selling, available through the College bookstore.
I was enthusiastic about the book before ever selling it, so I was eager to get started on the apprenticeship.  Also, I didn’t have any objections to selling it, but even if I did, the book covers how to overcome any such objections, which is brilliant!

Associate Degree: Invest in your staff

My name is Giancarlo Dutko.  I completed the “Personal Integrity” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in business management at Hubbard College of Administration International.
j0236531I was very happy to see the good changes in people, as they realized new things about their lives while reading the different parts of the Personal Integrity course. The application of this data is very effective, and if you apply every little bit, a person can live life to it’s fullest.  Helping your staff do so is the responsibility of any good manager.
