The materials for this course use numerous pictures and examples to illustrate the concepts. This made it much easier to conceptually understand. Also, demonstrating is a key study tool I learned before, which really helps when I have difficulty in my studies.

This material is so interesting! I can now see the importance of having standard tools to address ethical situations. One needs to have these tools to be a professional both in the workplace and at home. The data I learned is simply another set of tools for me to use as an executive in all areas of my life.

Hello again everyone. This is Ted Kumada. I am currently studying to become a consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International, and I’ve just completed the course “HOW TO GET THINGS DONE.”

This course is very practical, and everyone can get great benefits from it. My WIN was that I had a cognition with regards to the concept, IMPORTANCE OF “INTENTION.” Throughout my career, I have given numerous commands. However, have I always done it with INTENTION? It is questionable. Commands with force DO NOT work. Commands with INTENTION do! Forceful manner of giving commands won’t work since we’re dealing with human beings. From now on, I can give my commands with INTENTION, not with FORCE.

It was a big WIN!

Whether it is a businessí profits, the degree of a relationship with someone or even handling things in the house; they all need ethics! This course can cause miracles to happen in the improvement of lives, businesses, relationships with others and especially the management of running a business (whether new or old). It teaches you how to handle personnel with proper ethics in order to improve the statistics (a number or amount compared to an earlier or number of amount), which is a measure of production of your organization. You will witness data, which reveals the real reason (which many people have no clue about) on why statistics crash and businesses fail. Hence, enabling you to revert this dwindling spiral and in turn only cause the best for your business. I recommend this course to whoever wants to increase the profits of his business or generally improve his working life. In the end, successful people and organizations apply this data.

What I did was very simple. I went with him to his room and told him to pick up one of his toys. After he picked it up, I acknowledged him and then told him to put it in a basket. Once he completed this, I acknowledged him. We did that over and over untill all of his toys where put away. Now the next day, before he went to bed, he picked up his toys and put them in their place. The amazing part is that nobody asked him to do so. Now that proves to me that control is not bad at all, as long as it is done with a certainty of outcome and good intentions. Although this may appear to be a simplistic example, it clearly demonstrates what managers experience every day in the work place with regards to “Control.”

I was very happy to see the good changes in people, as they realized new things about their lives while reading the different parts of the Personal Integrity course. The application of this data is very effective, and if you apply every little bit, a person can live life to it’s fullest. Helping your staff do so is the responsibility of any good manager.
