was actually a positive thing, as this is what I will face once I go back to Brazil to implement Hubbard’s Administrative Technology in my family’s company.
The internship was GREAT! Â I was really able to see that I have so many tools at my fingertips that can better any company or organization. Â I also saw that the changes I was making within the company I’m working at was helping not only the company as a whole, but also the individuals.
First of all, I have so much confidence in what I have learned on all of the courses on the degree Program. I have total certainty that I can use all of the knowledge that I have learned. When going into this company, I was able to pin point what areas needed improvement and actually handle them. I feel that I now have so much more confront on many things in life, just by doing this. I am not at all worried about making a successful living on my own now, and itÃs due to the fact that this program prepares you for anything. It gave me an ability and sense of control that I would have never gotten at any other school out there.I’m Francisco Chavez, a Peruvian student from Lima. Â I just completed the internship for the Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. Â With this completion, I earned my diploma.
I’ve gained a lot of experience doing my internship at GaryMichealsOnline.Corp. During this time, I feel that I’ve really applied all the Administrative Technology
learned at the Hubbard College of Administration Int’l and have witnessed its results. Â Now that I’m done with my degree program, I’m going to start working with my step-dad. Â As a result of the internship, we’ve started a new family business that is going to be running full-on using LRH Admin Tech. In fact, we already have signed our first international artist contract!
Furthermore, during my internship, I thought of a lot of ideas and formulated some plans to apply later for my own business. Â It was very satisfying to be able to help my family create a new business as a way to reward them for their support and help in getting me through my studies here at Hubbard College of Administration International.
My name is Juan Carlos Ramos P, and I just finished the “Sales” apprenticeship in route to earning my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
I had a great time doing this apprenticeship. Â The subject of Sales is nothing, but a drill on communication through the
application of control and the use of emotion. Â The apprenticeship contains drills that actually call for the student to conduct sales in a real setting. Â For this, I chose to sell the new book The Complete Guide To Successful Selling, available through the College bookstore.
I was enthusiastic about the book before ever selling it, so I was eager to get started on the apprenticeship. Â Also, I didn’t have any objections to selling it, but even if I did, the book covers how to overcome any such objections, which is brilliant!
Based on my initial assessment, I concluded that the areas most needing change were marketing and promotion. A REAL strategy needed to be developed in order to confront the non-existent amount of reaches the company currently had, and also to get the company communicating their message effectively to their target markets. I presented an outlined strategy to the two top executives and emphasized the importance of its immediate implementation. It was very validating to see that the executives were impressed with my proposed solution and that they agreed to have me execute it. The strategy immediately yielded results with reaches for the company increasing 250%, and a 5X increase in income over just a four-week period!Eiman Rahnama, an Iranian student from Tehran on the Consultant Levels program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
How does one find out exactly what is causing the company to stay small? Â How does one know where to look? Â How does one know if the right reason they thought cause? Â How long should it take to evaluate a scene in an organization? Â I am sure many executives ask these questions from themselves. Â I know I did until I completed my Data Series Evaluator’s Course. Â This Blog answers such questions.
No matter how big or small the organization or company, there are some “basic” tools that executives need to have. Â One of the most “basic” but very important tools is keeping statistics for every product in the company. Â By doing so, an executive can “manage by statistics” and see at a glance how well the company is doing compared to last week or few weeks ago. Â Then an executive can see which area of his company is lacking or producing less that it should have. Â After gathering some data, he is able to go and inspect the area of production and “evaluate” the scene to find out if there are any outpoints. Â However, the executive needs to have an “ideal scene” in his mind, meaning he has to imagine how he wants his department to look like. Â For example, how organized does he want the area to be? Â How many products does he want made per hour? Â Therefore, after going to the “existing scene” he can compare the “ideal scene” with the “existing scene” and find out how different or even similar they are.
After doing some research and some investigation, an executive would have an idea what things need to be handled. Â Then he needs to dream up a “bright idea” to handle the scene and the situation. Â So, if the scene improved that means the “reason” was the right one and the executive did a good investigation of the area and his evaluation was correct. Â However, sometimes the scene does not improve. Â The executive must immediately change everything back to what it was before and investigate further. Â In addition, it should not take an evaluator more that few hours to complete all the above. Â It’s not a task that takes days, but rather hours. Â I promise you that if anyone takes this course, he or she will be able to find the right situations and handle them right away. Â Investigatory tools are important for executives up on the echelons of management. Â The higher the position in the company, the more they need to know how to investigate situations.
I am very interested to know how other executives evaluate their companies and how often do they get the result they are hoping for.
Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students. Â I am doing the Consultant Level 1 Internship.
I first started here about one week ago for my associate degree. The minute I walked in the front door, I knew this was the school for me. The way you feel inside this school is amazing, you feel right at home. The faculty is great and they take the time to know you and make sure to help you in any way possible.
I have finished two courses since I have been here and I’m getting great results on my tests! Who doesn’t like good grades? The best part about it is that I REMEMBER what I learn. It’s an amazing feeling of accomplishment when you learn something, remember it and can apply it.
Usually when you come to a new place whether it’s a school or place of business, etc you have an uneasy feeling. It’s like, you don’t know where you quite fit in; I can tell you that when I came here I knew exactly where I fit in. I fit in right here, maybe you do too!

In the beginning of my program I knew that the Sales Course would be the last one in my Associate Degree and honestly I didn’t want to take this course. It was probably because of the false data I had about Sales. But this course helped me realize what sales really is and that the ability to sell is very important to be successful. When I know that my product is a valuable one and that people will benefit when they buy it, then it is much easier to help people to decide to buy it. It will be an honest, valuable exchange.
If a company or a person can not sell its product in a short while it will be bankrupt even though they produce a superior product and promote it very well. My other biggest realization while doing this course was that every day we sell something: the idea to go watch a movie with friends, to go to a restaurant―just IDEAS! It is really cool!

Career education and human behavior
The How to Evaluate and Predict Human Behavior Course has given me a whole new perception on life. It has really taught me how to predict human behavior in such an easy manner.  Before doing this course, I just looked at people as regular people not knowing why they acted in a certain way. I didn’t know what to expect when I was around them. But now after doing this course, I can easily tell what a person is inclined to do. I know how to predict their behavior very easily. This is a HUGE ability to have in this world. It can help you pick whom you want to work with, whom to employ, and better yet, whom to associate yourself with. I think everyone should do this course as part of their career education, and by doing so it will make the world a better place!
