<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">My name is Damiano Shehu.  Iím an Albanian student from Tirana on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">The ìFinal Internship for the Associate of Applied Science: Management and Administrationî was just great. I got to see how fast this technology could change things. It was nothing short of miracle; a miracle that anyone who applies this tech can achieve.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I worked with a company that designed and produced movie and television props. They had been hit hard by the recent economic crisis. My initial observation was that the company had great potential. However there had been no production for the last 12 weeks: no work, no leads and ultimately no income. Also, I noticed that there was very little outflow of communication and promotional activities.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Based on my initial assessment of their scene, I concluded that the biggest problem that needed handling was promotion.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Therefore, the first action that I decided to do was significantly increase the outflow of communication and promotion. I came to this conclusion, because I saw the company was non-existent and needed to produce something. So, to handle this, I sat with the two top executives and emphasized the importance of outflow and promotion. I doubled the post cards outflow and the reaches for business increased by 250%!</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">About two days after the first wave of promotion went out, the company received its first job in four months. The company grossed $3,391.27 for that week. I then ensured that they were keeping the promotional actions going. As a result of this, the company closed another job for $7,800.00 the following week. Today, the company closed two more jobs totaling $7,000.00. Thus, the company grossed $18,191.27 in a period of 4 weeks. This was a thousand percent increase over the past twelve weeks, which had zero ($0) income.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">When I look back at my progress, I feel proud of what I have achieved. Most importantly, Iím the product of all of the staff members here at the college. They should feel proud of what theyíve done. The results that I have obtained as well as other students are a direct result of their dedication and hard work. And on that note, I thank you for changing my life and making me more able to be successful in my chosen profession.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">HCA is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.</div>
<div>My name is Damiano Shehu.  I&#8217;m an Albanian student from Tirana on the associate degree program at <a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org">Hubbard College of Administration</a> (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.</div>
<div>The &#8220;<a href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/hca-difference.php">Final Internship</a> for the Associate of Applied Science: Management and Administration&#8221; was just great. I got to see how fast this technology could change things. It was nothing short of miracle; a miracle that anyone who applies this tech can achieve. I worked with a company that designed and produced movie and television props. They had been hit hard by the recent economic crisis. My initial observation was that the company had great potential. However there had been no production for the last 12 weeks: no work, no leads and ultimately no income.</div>

A REAL strategy needed to be developed in order to confront the non-existent amount of reaches the company currently had, and also to get the company communicating their message effectively to their target markets.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>I presented an outlined strategy to the two top executives and emphasized the importance of its immediate implementation.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It was very validating to see that the executives were impressed with my proposed solution and that they agreed to have me execute it.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The strategy immediately yielded results with reaches for the company increasing 250%, and a 5X increase in income over just a four-week period!</div>
<div></div>
<div>When I look back at my progress, I feel proud of what I have achieved. Most importantly, I&#8217;m the product of all of the staff members here at the college. They should feel proud of what they&#8217;ve done. The results that I have obtained as well as other students are a direct result of their dedication and hard work. <div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">Eiman Rahnama, an Iranian student from Tehran on the Consultant Levels program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">How does one find out exactly what is causing the company to stay small?  How does one know where to look?  How does one know if the right reason they thought cause?  How long should it take to evaluate a scene in an organization?  I am sure many executives ask these questions from themselves.  I know I did until I completed my Data Series Evaluator&#8217;s Course.  This Blog answers such questions.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">No matter how big or small the organization or company, there are some &#8220;basic&#8221; tools that executives need to have.  One of the most &#8220;basic&#8221; but very important tools is keeping statistics for every product in the company.  By doing so, an executive can &#8220;manage by statistics&#8221; and see at a glance how well the company is doing compared to last week or few weeks ago.  Then an executive can see which area of his company is lacking or producing less that it should have.  After gathering some data, he is able to go and inspect the area of production and &#8220;evaluate&#8221; the scene to find out if there are any outpoints.  However, the executive needs to have an &#8220;ideal scene&#8221; in his mind, meaning he has to imagine how he wants his department to look like.  For example, how organized does he want the area to be?  How many products does he want made per hour?  Therefore, after going to the &#8220;existing scene&#8221; he can compare the &#8220;ideal scene&#8221; with the &#8220;existing scene&#8221; and find out how different or even similar they are.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">After doing some research and some investigation, an executive would have an idea what things need to be handled.  Then he needs to dream up a &#8220;bright idea&#8221; to handle the scene and the situation.  So, if the scene improved that means the &#8220;reason&#8221; was the right one and the executive did a good investigation of the area and his evaluation was correct.  However, sometimes the scene does not improve.  The executive must immediately change everything back to what it was before and investigate further.  In addition, it should not take an evaluator more that few hours to complete all the above.  Itís not a task that takes days, but rather hours.  I promise you that if anyone takes this course, he or she will be able to find the right situations and handle them right away.  Investigatory tools are important for executives up on the echelons of management.  The higher the position in the company, the more they need to know how to investigate situations.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I am very interested to know how other executives evaluate their companies and how often do they get the result they are hoping for.</div>

The faculty is great and they take the time to know you and make sure to help you in any way possible.</p>
<p>I have finished two courses since I have been here and I’m getting great results on my tests! Who doesn’t like good grades? The best part about it is that I REMEMBER what I learn. It’s an amazing feeling of accomplishment when you learn something, remember it and can apply it.</p>
<p>Usually when you come to a new place whether it’s a school or place of business, etc you have an uneasy feeling. It’s like, you don’t know where you quite fit in; I can tell you that when I came here I knew exactly where I fit in. I fit in right here, maybe you do too!</p>

<p>In the beginning of my program I knew that the Sales Course would be the last one in my <a title="Associate Degree" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/degree-program.php" target="_blank">Associate Degree</a> and honestly I didn’t want to take this course.  It was probably because of the false data I had about Sales. But this course helped me realize what sales really is and that the ability to sell is very important to be successful. When I know that my product is a valuable one and that people will benefit when they buy it, then it is much easier to help people to decide to buy it. It will be an honest, valuable exchange.</p>
<p>If a company or a person can not sell its product in a short while it will be bankrupt even though they produce a superior product and promote it very well. My other biggest realization while doing this course was that every day we sell something: the idea to go watch a movie with friends, to go to a restaurant―just IDEAS! It is really cool!</p>

<p>The How to Evaluate and Predict Human Behavior Course has given me a whole new perception on life.  It has really taught me how to predict human behavior in such an easy manner.   Before doing this course, I just looked at people as regular people not knowing why they acted in a certain way.  I didn’t know what to expect when I was around them. But now after doing this course, I can easily tell what a person is inclined to do.  I know how to predict their behavior very easily.  This is a HUGE ability to have in this world.  It can help you pick whom you want to work with, whom to employ, and better yet, whom to associate yourself with.  I think everyone should do this course as part of their <a title="career education" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/" target="_blank">career education</a>, and by doing so it will make the world a better place!</p>

<p>Hi, my name is Scott Benjamin.  I’m pursing my <a title="career education" href="http://www.hubbardcollege.org/" target="_blank">career education</a> at the Hubbard College of Administration.  Recently I completed the course Formulas for Business Success and had major wins.  I think the biggest win I had was being able to put in some exchange and help my dad.</p>
<p>My dad was having trouble with his business. It was getting a little slow and money was tight.  I asked him, “Well, when was the last time you used your Formulas for Business Success?” He responded, “You know, things have been a little crazy here and I haven’t used them in a while.” Well, there’s a missing point right there! I read some references on these formulas to him and also gave him some other useful pieces of information I got in the course.  It really helped.  He used the Formulas and his production started rising! This made me realize my next win, which was with this technology they teach you at the Hubbard College of Administration you can spot illogics and potential problems so much easier than the average business man.</p>
