Master Consultant: As If Wearing a Tie Wasn’t Cool Enough Already!

My name is Jerome Garot, and I recently finished my Master Consultant Levels at the Hubbard College of Administration International, and boy it has been an enjoyable ride!
I have gained many newfound abilities and made many new contacts for future business opportunities. The thing I am most thankful for is that I was able to work in a field that I was interested; art.  I got to work with artists and people specialized in the field and got to establish a real working foundation regarding how to help people and how to relay information exactly as I wanted it to be relayed through using simple consulting and study technology.
It is a great feeling to teach other people something.  You learn a lot of new things in doing so, as theyíll bring up questions that you hadnít thought about before or had to address in the classroom. This expands your experience with people and it really showed me how much data I had locked away! All these new questions gave me this competence of being able to readily handle any confusion in that personís company.
I highly encourage every degree program student or experienced businessman and woman to continue to expand his or her knowledge of business by doing the Master Consultant program!

Getting Answers Using Logic, Data And My Associate Degree

Career educationHaving lived in a society where people mostly think in problems rather than solutions, the “Data Series Evaluator’s Course” I just finished was a real breath of fresh air.

It has given me a whole new look on situations I encounter in life.

To give an example of how people would benefit from this a lot:
A crime is committed in a neighborhood, people say the reason it happens is because it’s a bad neighborhood. This does not AT ALL lead to a handling of this.

Way too often people will accept the first thing they hear from someone else, when they themselves ask “Why?” or “How come?” Whatever they hear from someone is now their reason for the crime and for them the problem seems handled.

But leaving that area unhandled FOR REAL makes it escalate and ends up destroying that neighborhood.

Associate degreeIn a company this would be horrible. If people aren’t looking at the real cause of things, it will grow bigger and bigger and do the organization in.

Imagine yourself in the middle of a fight between friends, you say “Oh, that’s what friends do.” A week later they can’t stand each other’s face, and now they start complaining about the other to you. And you’re stuck in the middle not being able to peacefully hang out with them without complaint.

Friends can fight, but talking things out can solve most things. If that doesn’t work and things persist, there is another reason why this happened. Most likely there is another party who’s spreading lies to each friend about the other.

So for me this doesn’t just enable me to solve my own problems, it makes me able to solve problems in a company or a group. In fact, this data empowers me to solve pretty much all the things I’ll encounter in my life.

This was part of my Consultant Training Levels, for my associate degree program, which follows the Associate of Applied Science Degree in Management and Administration at the Hubbard College of Administration. I can honestly say that it’s the most valuable tool I’ve learned to use in my career education.

Getting Production Stabilized Using Consultant Career Education

career educationI worked with a large oil company several years ago and I realize now that there is something that large companies tend to do quite often (when they got cash to spend), which is quite inefficient.

They just throw tons of people to a problem or task in the hope that one of them will think of something clever to handle it. Not to say it doesn’t work, because somehow it sometimes gets done.associate degree

It’s just wasting precious money and time.

That oil company was in Bahrain, near Dubai, and the 400 people worked for 2 Dinar a day (like 4 dollars). So the damage wasn’t that high.

But in more Western countries, this happens with a lot more finances being wasted. Tens of thousands of dollars go to employees who aren’t actually solving situations, but creating problems to look busy.

I’m sure executives can relate to this, whether they work with statistics, which is a number or amount representing production compared to an earlier number of amount of the same thing, or not.

I finished my associate degree several months ago here at the Hubbard College of Administration, but I’m happy I stayed to do the Professional Product Debug Course. The title of the course is self-explanatory. I actually learned how to debug a product, meaning to get stops or slows out of the way and get things unsnarled for an optimum quantity of the products I need and should be getting out.
The name of the course was actually what I learned; I’m so happy about that!

Thanks to a lot of training drills and practical application on this course it really puts you in a frame of mind where you can completely analyze according to facts, not myths or rumors.

career educationIt’s great to be able to break the wall down and see the other side where the REAL problem is, often plainly in sight instead of constantly walking into a wall or throwing money at it to break it.

This is one of the ultimate consultant courses one can do that will definitely find you a job to do.
