"When I started out, I was an eccentric artist with no connections, no business savvy, and like most artists in my industry, I didn't have much affinity for the business side of fashion-just a burning desire to create an effect with my work. Then I was introduced to Hubbard Management Technology and using Hubbard PR and Marketing principles my company grew 500 percent in six years. It is now being a multimillion-dollar company."

Business Degree: Become A Better Student

My name is Miriam Anguiano.  I am studying en route to earn my business degree at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I recently finished a study course called How To Achieve Effective Learning.

AG00528_4Well, I never liked reading.  Now I know why!  I never actually knew what the word “reading” meant.  In my many years of education, no one defined this word to me.  It means to look at and understand the meaning of something.  Wow!  It was just a great feeling to clear this up, and now be able to know that this word is an action with an actual purpose.

Master Consultant: Be A Better Executive

Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and currently studying to become a certified Master consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International, and I’ve just completed the course “Personal Integrity.”

j0236505This is an excellent course.  It introduced me to a workable “code of honor.”  I think that one should adopt this code as their motto, as it teaches you not only how to be a better executive, but also how be a better person.   Furthermore, this course helps you detect any past wrongs that are undermining your personal integrity and how to eliminate them, so you’re no longer negatively affected.

Consultant Training: Study Technology

My name is Ted.  I am originally from Japan, but now reside in Los Angeles. I just finished my first course ñ ìThe Basic Study Manualî at Hubbard College of Administration International.
This study technology is very useful in every aspect of life. Iím now equipped with a lot of valuable and practical data, which can be applied in my life to solve problems. Not only can I better solve problems, but also can be more causative in situations by applying the data.
The benefits of enrolling at Hubbard College are; you can get a lot of opportunities to practice what youíve learned after each chapter with assistance of the supervisors and other students, the supervisors are always with you in your course room for assistance and the staff are all friendly and eager to assist you in achieving your goals. This is NOT an ordinary college in your thinking. It is very oriented toward practicality and application of what you learn here.
Let me share with you some gains I had here.  Throughout studying this course, I learned tools that really helped me to learn the data better.  Also, I now have knowledge about how to spot the mental and physical reactions someone displays when running into the barriers of study.  Being able to spot such reactions helps me understand the causes.  Thus, I now can handle such barriers, which helps in dealing with clients, co-workers, staff, etc.  Another point that I really want to share with you is that there is no BIG difference between ìbrightî and ìdullî students. It is also another good datum for me to know.
If you are a teacher, I strongly recommend you to take the course here at the Hubbard College of Administration International.

Associate Degree: Management by Statistics

I am Eduardo Santos, a Mexican student from Monclova, Coahuila and I just finished the Management by Statistics course on the Associate in Applied Science degree in management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration International.
Everyone would like to know what must be done in order to have a successful and ever expanding business. Well, the key to achieving this is managing by statistics.
Many businesses and governments have failed and collapsed for no apparent reason to some.  The truth is that they didn’t have a reliable and effective method of managing.  They didn’t know when, what or why they should implement certain programs. They just kept on guessing, changing a little bit here, adding a little bit there, because that seemed like a good choice.
These types of groups will keep doing this as long as the organization is still standing, but let me tell you, that there is a whole technology that will tell you how to keep things working without the unpredictable odds that come with guess work.
STATISTICS are a number or amount compared to an earlier number or amount.  Theyíre a tool that present a manager with reliable indicators to use to establish predication and produce a continuous successful pattern.  A viable statistic tells of production, that is what it does.
This course gives you all the data you need to correctly scale a graph and how to accurately detect the condition, which is an operating state of the system the statistic is measuring.  Will the worker that is in the line of production have the same statistic as the regional manager?  Should I keep my statistic on a daily, weekly or monthly basis? What happens if I am doing everything that is possible, but my statistic is still not improving?
I can assure you that all these questions are answered on this incredible course.  It resolves all of the possible doubts you can have on how to correctly manage an organization, and how to select the correct statistics to keep an organization information center, which is a visual display of the key statistics of an organization in one place.  Last, but not least, this course tells you what is the biggest mistake you can do while managing by statistics, which is to NEVER be reasonable about
interpreting a statistic.
What is meant by being ìreasonableî is that you should always investigate and find out what are the exact actions that caused your statistic to be trending in the direction it is. I am eager to do the apprenticeship of this course and I know that if I apply this data to any company, and even to my life, I would be absolutely certain that the only way to go from here is up, up, up!

Associate Degree: PR Key to Success

I am Wesley Kuo, an American student from Taiwan that just finished the Public Relations (PR) course on the Associate in Applied Science degree in management and administration at Hubbard College of Administration.
The PR course is amazing!  By doing this course I got a clear concept about what PR is (good and bad), and how to implement PR. Also, this course covers a very important point, what is referred to as ìthe opinion leader.î This is the type of person who has a lot of influence and can affect other opinions, so itís very important to know how to conduct a proper PR campaign using this individual, thus having much more of a positive impact on others.
I realized the basic theory for PR in this course, which I can now take with me in order to apply it in my career!

Associate Degree: Invest in your staff

My name is Giancarlo Dutko.  I completed the “Personal Integrity” apprenticeship on the Associate of Applied Science degree in business management at Hubbard College of Administration International.
j0236531I was very happy to see the good changes in people, as they realized new things about their lives while reading the different parts of the Personal Integrity course. The application of this data is very effective, and if you apply every little bit, a person can live life to it’s fullest.  Helping your staff do so is the responsibility of any good manager.

Associate Degree: Marketing Is Based on Surveying

I am Bassam El Houssami, a Lebanese student from Beirut, Lebanon on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I have just completed the ìMarketingî course.
Marketing has finally made sense to me. Marketing creates want in the public to acquire a product. Marketing has long been misunderstood and confused with promotion and public relations.
What is marketing? Marketing is the conceiving and packaging and the
moving (selling) of a specific product into public hands. In other words, it is the way you prepare, take to and place on the market a certain product that will in return obtain maximum potential return. How do you measure marketing success? RESPONSE is the ultimate result a marketing person is seeking to achieve from his or her marketing actions.
From this course, I realized how marketing campaigns can cost millions of dollars and yet barely recoup the cost of the campaign. Why arenít the campaigns creating response? Marketing materials not created from
Surveys of oneís target public will almost certainly fail every time unless ìyou are lucky.î Stop investing thousands of dollars in luck, and start spending on survey-based marketing!  Included in this same course, were insights into how to properly design ads, so that they are effective.
I can keep writing on how good this course is and how effective it
will make your marketing actions. However, I will stop here and say
îThis is the way to marketing success!î
I am currently on my final degree course ìHow to Increase Want for Your Products through Effective Sales Techniques.î I am eager to graduate and begin my consultant level training.

Associate Degree: Public Relations, The Big Picture

I am Bassam El Houssami, a Lebanese student from Beirut, Lebanon on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.
Public Relations or also known as ìPRî has been misused throughout the years due to insufficient data about its full scope and purpose. Everyone knows what ìPRî stands for, but what does it really mean? PR is ìEffective cause well demonstrated.î In short, PR is publicizing effective causes that you have done to society or people. Doing so will cause an organization or individual to have good PR. These days, PR is sometimes conceived as only how you walk, how you talk, how you dress, etc. This is incidental to the ìEffective cause well demonstrated.î
In history, renowned opinion leaders have used PR to influence and mold public opinion either to idealize them or to degrade others. It is still being used today to fund wars, raise money for charity, destroy organizations or launch a new organization and improve the image of an existing organization or person. It is a PR world.
While doing the ìPublic Relationsî course here at the Hubbard College of Administration, I learned a wider scope of application of PR; specifically, it can be used for an individual, a family or an organization. Reading Effective Public Relations gave me a lot of reality on how PR has developed from its early stages to what PR is known as today. This book presented some of the campaigns executed by major corporations and indicated what was effective and what failed. The book was a compilation of important data about PR and its use.
Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the ìMarketingî course.

Associate Degree: Financial Planning Saved a Company.

Associate Degree: Financial Planning Saved a Company
I am Wesley Kuo, a student from Taipei, Taiwan and I just finished the Financial Planning apprenticeship on the Associate Degree Program at Hubbard College of Administration International (HCA), Los Angeles, CA
ìHow to Increase Profits Through Proper Financial Planningî apprenticeship has been the toughest apprenticeship Iíve had to do on my degree program. It was very challenging, because I had only studied about companies that were solvent. Of course, I knew that different companies had different financial situations, but it was pretty hard for me to make the transition from the ideal scene of solvency to a situation where the business had no sales revenue for over three months and was tens of thousands of dollars in debt. I really had to think about how to apply financial planning in that extreme situation.
Fortunately, I have very good supervisors who are trained very well. They coached me a lot. Finally, I could fully understand what financial planning is and successfully implement the financial planning technology into the company I was working with. The first thing I had to do was get the executives in charge to confront their financial reality. Next, I had to coach them on identifying what operating state (condition) the company was in and what operating state (condition) they were in as executives. After that, we were able to apply the management tool that one uses with conditions in order to improve them (namely, condition formulas). With those tools, the executives knew exactly what they had to do to reorganize their actions in order to increase the companyís income.
Bottom line, during the three weeks I was working with them, their income went from months of nothing to over ten thousand dollars. I was surprised and excited!
In this apprenticeship, I basically applied a lot of management tools, which I had learned in earlier courses on my degree program. Itís an amazing experience and I will never forget it.

Associate Degree: The Definition of Policy

By Bassam Houssami.  A student that finished the ìHow To Write Effective Company Policyî course on the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Management and Administration.
Policy has been ignored for centuries with people either not enforcing it or not implementing it in the first place.  When policy is not followed, enforced, or/and implemented, organizations stay small and diminish.  So, what is the definition of policy?  Policy is the law on which orders are authorized and originated that in turn forward the basic purpose and survivability of the whole organization.
If countries followed the original policy they created, the world likely wouldnít have ended up in wars and several crashing economies.  When I finished this course, I realized how policy could bring forth agreement within a certain activity.  A higher sense of reality gets established when two or more individuals agree upon a policy to follow.  The same applies to countries.  Imagine that two or more countries develop a firm and constructive policy that they are in agreement with.  This would inevitably make it more difficult for said countries to be in conflict with one another.  Wars then become antiquated and policy becomes the order of the day.
