I am Toby Grim, an American student from Phoenix, Arizona on the Associate Degree Program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

The “Executive Basics” course was very helpful. Although I got a lot from this course, it was funny because at times the data just seemed like common sense at the same time, it was previously unstated vital information. It’s amazing that someone like L. Ron Hubbard took the time to perceive, articulate and publish all these tools for the world to utilize. I can’t wait to apply this information in my father’s company and to share with him whatever he may not know about it. I see the future as being very bright.

I am Juan Carlos Ramos Paulino, a Dominican student from Santo Domingo, on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.

I liked the “Marketing” course a lot.  I enjoyed learning about positioning and how to evaluate ads—how to create them too.  It’s all very creative and life enhancing, and I felt right at home.

The art section was fantastic.  I liked how L. Ron Hubbard talks about life being a form of art. I also liked his views regarding the necessity of finding the senior data in any area of life.  He emphasizes that we should be professional artists and create effects that cause positive emotional responses.

I was surprised to discover that presentation is a message in itself.

Theta Media Group, Inc (TMG) consists of Theta Sound Studio, Theta Pro Video, Theta Type & Design, and the publication of the newspaper Wants & Needs.

Juan Carlos is an associate degree student from Hubbard College of Administration. He has been working with us on our financial planning.  He has taken me from having backlogs and operating on incomplete data to having my check registers up to date, my filing done, using allocation and set aside forms, graphs and having financial planning meetings with my husband, who is the Executive Director (ED).

Most of all Juan Carlos has started us on the path of L. Ron Hubbard Finance Technology.  Prior to this, I had vague concepts of how it worked but could not see how to implement it in our system or how to even start.  He has trained me and walked me through the various steps.  He even created Excel forms that I can use and grow with.  He made it simple and effective.  He has spent many hours with us and we value his time.

Juan Carlos also trained my husband as the ED, as to financial planning meetings.  He sat with us while we worked out our Financial Planning Program No.1, which is a program for carefully planned financial handling to result in an organization which is not only solvent, but expanding on a sound gradient scale, and compared it to our average income, which was not a pleasant thing to do.  But we came out better knowing where we really stand.

Juan Carlos worked out with us our Cash/Bills graph and even created the form for us to use.

This has been a long-time missing operating basis for us and now we are on the right track.  We can see how this will give us better control over our finances and life.

Juan Carlos has not only been very helpful but also very knowledgeable in making it safe for us to learn.  He can even make finances fun!  He is a great product of Hubbard College of Administration.
