This apprenticeship is amazing! I have never known that I can really influence my fellow professional workers that much! I saw her confusion as an executive and I saw she has many problems regarding her employees on getting things done. And through some education and very simple drills that I went over with her, she had huge amount of wins and realizations. She told me that now she can really be a good executive with definite and positive attitude towards employees and really get them to get the things done!! I am glad that I can use what I have learned to help my father and executives in the company so that they know how to be a good executives and how to make everything go right.

My name is Hiro. I just completed my Qualification Sectary mini hat for my Consulting Level II!

Yes!!! This course is basically about the function of the head of any qualification division in a company. It trains you to ensure, as the head of thearea, to establish and maintain that the staff members of the organization are producing whatever they supposed to produce and at the level of quality needed. Before, I had some simple questions about the organization. What can I do with those people who don’t produce as much as they’re supposed to? Or, how to make every single employee in the organization wanting their products, so they’ll start producing more with a passion for what they do.

I didn’t know the answers for these questions. I knew that if the morale of the employees in the organization is high then they’ll produce very well, but I didn’t know how to make their morale high, or keep it high. This course was amazing in that it explained to me everything that I needed to know about area of qualifications. I now know the anatomy and method of how to handle the above situations. Also, I know how to run a qualifications division and what its true purpose and functions are.

I became much more powerful and more cause as a future executive, because of this course.

Hi, my name is Stella. I’m from Taiwan and am studying to become a certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College. I recently completed the course “How to evaluate and Predict Human Behavior.”

This course is the BIBLE for anyone that’s working; be it a junior, senior, executive or founder. Everyone has to learn about how to evaluate and predict human behavior in order to learn how to better your work environment. Do you know why people behave a certain way? Do you know why some people can get things done faster than others? This course gives you the answers to the causes and formation of all behaviors.

The vital part of this course teaches you how to use the tone scale. For anyone who wants to start up a company, find a shareholder, or even a relationship, knowing how to “read” people’s behavior is the secrete toward your success in communicating with them. In order to succeed, you’ll want people who can push you all the way to the top in order to reach your goals. Your success will depend on how well you can communicate based on one’s behavior and actions. This course will definitely help you to succeed in predicting people based on behavior characteristics.

The way to expand an organization is to have a good executive that is trained to delegate properly while having the ability to get the job done himself, if needed.

I outlined the plan, which consisted of major targets, primary targets, vital targets, conditional targets, operating targets and production targets. I put together this plan in a way that it could easily be run without me there. This is exactly what has occurred, as the company will soon complete it!

Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and currently studying to be certified as a Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International. I’ve just completed the “Company Basics II” course.

This course is awesome! It gives you an overview of all the fundamentals a company should operate under. Although it’s an overview, it gave me many principles that I’m confident I can apply. The course materials are the key to success in this course. Every business owner or aspiring entrepreneur should take this course and guard the materials as if it was the bible. Trust me, you’ll never regret it!

Another tool you learn on this course is the Organizing Board. This tool gives you a detailed insight how to organize your company to get your products and services including efficient distribution of labor. This will not only save you a tremendous amount of time, but also help you to gain more time on generating more gross revenue for your company.

Condition formulas are another valuable tool learned. One can apply condition formulas to both a business and to your individual life. By studying your company’s statistics, one can soon recognize the condition the company is currently in and immediately know how to handle that condition to ensure company progress. The formulas are so simple to use. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out how to improve a business, and with the right formula, your company will fly high in mere seconds!

There is so much more in this course that is worth mentioning. You’ll definitely benefit from studying Company Basics II.

My name is Brandon Moser. I am from northern California and I’m studying to earn my certificate as a consultant. I just finished the Company Trainer course at Hubbard College.

This course blew me away! You learn the tools to not only break through every study barrier that existed for you, but it also teaches you to help others duplicate what they’re studying. This course unleashes the data that every student, employee and employer need to know. It enlightens you on why staff can make mistakes and how to remedy the “real” problem. It also uncovers why employees leave and potentially cause problems; accompanied by the tools to handle the problems and get such individuals producing again. Every sentence was gold. Every paragraph re-awakened me to the simplicity of truth. So, yes, you can say I’m excited especially since this is the first course I’ve taken!
