My name is Jonathan Turton.  I am from northern California and just finished the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company course.

I have wanted to take this course since I started the degree program at Hubbard College of Administration. This course taught me many things to keep production lines flowing smoothly.  It taught me what to do in order to make sure that I’m always productive with my duties and responsibilities.  In addition, I learned how to handle slows and stops in production from an executive and or senior viewpoint, and what to do with employees that don’t understand well and duplicate your directions. This course was definitely worth it and it could help anybody or any business to speed up production!!!

My name is Kashea Cummings. I have just finished the Personal Integrity course here at Hubbard College of Administration.

This course is great to take when trying to improve or know your personal integrity. By learning the data given on this course, you’ll be able to face any situation with self-determinism, honesty, uprightness and courage. This course goes into great depth of how to accomplish the ability to experience anything.  Finally, it teaches you how to have others around you experience things easily, which is a great for a happy living.

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and am studying at Hubbard College to earn my Master Consultant certification.  I just finished the Data Series Evaluators course.

The Data Series is comprehensive and applicable to any process of decision-making. The premise of this course greatly facilitates the evaluation of data. Since weare constantly, in our busy lives, surrounded with immense torrents of data, it’s essential to have a system by which data is categorized according to importance. The course takes an effective approach to unravel the principles of logic and sanity.

In this course, sanity is defined as the ability to recognize differences, similarities and identities. Logic is defined as the process of reasoning by which we come to conclusions.  In its entirety, the process of sound thinking is contingent on the quality of the data.  Thus, it becomes imperative that one recognizes the different qualities of factual data from opinions. Furthermore, when an arbitrary is entered into an equation, the end result will be incorrect. So, in order for one to be sane, one has to recognize differences, similarities and identities. This is a datum of terrific magnitude!

After one has grasped the concept of sanity and logic, the course enters into another dimension. The dimension of correcting something that is not ideal in order to make it ideal or as close to ideal as possible. The major departure from the ideal scene is referred to as a situation. Every situation has a reason or a “WHY” for occurring. In a business, a situation could be low sales or low response from a marketing campaign.  It could also be subpar quality products. In this course you learn the technology of finding any situation and recognizing it, and then how to apply a step-by-step procedure that locates the actual reason for the departure from the ideal scene. That’s how formidable this course is!

My name is Tommy Cummings.   I am from Utah and am studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to eventually receive my business degree.

I have recently finished the Personal Integrity course and it has been my favorite course thus far. I have learned that my survival, and the survival of others, is dependent upon these two words (personal integrity).  After taking the course, I have achieved a much higher level of self-determination and have established a clear vision of how to use personal integrity to help others around me.

One of my favorite parts of the course broke down the definition of the word exchange.   In doing so, it helped me recognize areas in my life that I can advance. I know this course has helped me and I know that I will incorporate its teachings into my future career.

I recommend it to all!

Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and currently studying to become a certified Master consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International, and I’ve just completed the course “Personal Integrity.”

This is an excellent course.  It introduced me to a workable “code of honor.”  I think that one should adopt this code as their motto, as it teaches you not only how to be a better executive, but also how be a better person.   Furthermore, this course helps you detect any past wrongs that are undermining your personal integrity and how to eliminate them, so you’re no longer negatively affected.

My name is Edwin Chou and I recently finished the Personal Integrity apprenticeship at Hubbard College of Administration International.

What is right? What is wrong? This has been an argument for thousands of years and in every economic climate. From this course and apprenticeship, I know what is right and what is wrong. Moreover, with this knowledge I have the management tools to teach people the correct sense of ethics and morals.

This apprenticeship has given me experience in using tools to help staff overcome past mistakes. The procedure process of completing the tasks on this apprenticeship actually employed exact steps!

Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and am currently studying to become certified as a Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International.  I’ve just completed the Ups and Downs in Life course.

We all have our ups and downs throughout our lives and careers.  How to handle all these ups and downs is something one has to learn.  In this course, you notonly learn a technology of how to handle difficulties in life, but also how to spot the problems that created such situations in the first place.  Who or what has been suppressing you from succeeding?  Why do you get sick?  Who or what gets you into trouble?  Who is that person that always gets in your way and becomes trouble for others?

Have you ever ask yourself these questions?  One very important terminology learned in this course is called “Potential Trouble Source” (PTS).   You will learn to understand what PTS is and how to handle a PTS if you are around one.  If you manage a business, you definitely want to learn about this to help your colleagues and staff.   These sources are one of the reasons why your company won’t expand and why you need to spend extra hours resolving problems rather than creating solutions.

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and I Just finished the Executive Establishment Officer course that is part of the Master Consultant Levels certification at Hubbard College of Administration International .

As the title of the course suggests, the Establishment Officers’ primary duties are to establish and maintain the organization. The course goes over the specifictechnology used by the Establishment Officer to achieve the above. It also delineates the importance of a sound structure that will enable a business to grow and expand.  It so happens that when organization is lacking that structure, sustainable growth and expansion aren’t possible.

If we were to compare an organization to a skyscraper as an analogy, you would clearly see that a skyscraper with a week structure is susceptible to fall from natural forces like wind and earthquakes.   For a company, high winds may be economic instability. However, if you had a skyscraper that had a strong yet flexible structure, this would enable it to handle even the strongest winds and the most destructive earthquakes.

Now, in a business, this would mean stability and flexibility despite of economic instability. Such a business would be so well established that very few external factors would have any real affect on it. The above is the duty of the Establishment Officer and as you can see, it is vital to the survival of any business, state, country or civilization.
