"When I started out, I was an eccentric artist with no connections, no business savvy, and like most artists in my industry, I didn't have much affinity for the business side of fashion-just a burning desire to create an effect with my work. Then I was introduced to Hubbard Management Technology and using Hubbard PR and Marketing principles my company grew 500 percent in six years. It is now being a multimillion-dollar company."

Associate Degree: Experience=Certainty

My name is Brad.  I completed the How to Get Along With Others course at HCA, as a requirement in earning my business management degree.

j0236531I continued to be surprised with the “light bulb” experiences I have. I keep learning things that I thought I already knew. The principles taught in this course are spot on! The most important thing in my life is my relationships with others, and I’m confident that those relationships will improve, as I apply what I have learned. In fact, they already have!

Master Consultant: Predictability Of Clients/Staff

Hi, my name is Stella. I’m from Taiwan and am studying to become a certified Master Consultant at Hubbard College.  I recently completed the course “How to evaluate and Predict Human Behavior.”

j0289528This course is the BIBLE for anyone that’s working; be it a junior, senior, executive or founder.   Everyone has to learn about how to evaluate and predict human behavior in order to learn how to better your work environment.    Do you know why people behave a certain way?  Do you know why some people can get things done faster than others?   This course gives you the answers to the causes and formation of all behaviors.

The vital part of this course teaches you how to use the tone scale.  For anyone who wants to start up a company, find a shareholder, or even a relationship, knowing how to “read” people’s behavior is the secrete toward your success in communicating with them.  In order to succeed, you’ll want people who can push you all the way to the top in order to reach your goals.   Your success will depend on how well you can communicate based on one’s behavior and actions.   This course will definitely help you to succeed in predicting people based on behavior characteristics.

Associate Degree: Viewpoint On Sales

My name is Jaime, and just finished the Sales course at Hubbard College of Administration International as part of earning my business degree.

I’m finally done with the last course on the degree program. Before taking this course I didn’t really have any affinity on the subject of sales, because I never reallyj0440391thought that I had a nice and convincible sales delivery. I knew that part of sales was, “you need to make them buy things.”  I even thought a salesperson needs to have a really strong force to sometimes persuade customers to buy products.  I certainly didn’t think I had this trait.

However, the sales technology I learned on this course taught me so much that my viewpoint has totally changed. It seems like sales somehow is like a battle between the salesperson and the inner struggle from the customer himself, and if you apply this technology skillfully, you’re on the way to becoming an EFFECTIVE and POPULAR SALESPERSON with no doubt!

I really enjoy reading the materials on this course and doing the drills associated with it.  The drills really helped me become more firm and stable on the data I read about.  Finally, I don’t think that sales is a hard thing to do anymore. I’ve eliminated all the barriers and am ready to close clients and deals with ease.

Consultant Training: Basics of Organization

My name is Brandon, and today I completed a course called Company Basics One at Hubbard College.

CB056536If you look around at the majority of small companies or even the largest of companies on earth, you’ll find that the staff and executives all have something in common; they don’t know the basics of organizing.  This may seem to be a stiff statement at first, but just think about the executives who’s jobs are demanding of both their time and patience.  They are stressed and complain of “no time” and may even have disgruntled employees, and at their last wits end, either quit or endure arduously.

Every professional on earth would benefit from this course.  It teaches you the very simple fundamentals of organizing and how to implement order. It will revitalize that notion of long ago that you could have a great job and a great life with all the time you would ever need for the things you personally desire to create while being a successful part of the workaday world.

Associate Degree: Targets Are Key

I am Wesley Kuo, a Taiwanese student from Taipei on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. I just completed the apprenticeship “How To Expand Your Company By Making Planning Become An Actuality.”

j0283537This apprenticeship was great!  I made a plan and proposal for a company that wanted some marketing consultation done. I outlined the plan, which consisted of major targets, primary targets, vital targets, conditional targets, operating targets and production targets. I put together this plan in a way that it could easily be run without me there.  This is exactly what has occurred, as the company will soon complete it!

Associate Degree: Different Targets, Same Executive

My name is Jack Cheng.  I’m a Taiwanese student from Kaohsiung on the associate degree program at Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA.  I just finished the How To Make Planning Become An Actuality apprenticeship.

BuildingThis apprenticeship was great for me.  I learned how to lay out the steps to achieve a goal. I can clearly see the different points on different targets; how they work and how I can get people to execute them.

One of the tasks on this apprenticeship required me to plan a campaign, which I’ve never done before. I created it from the beginning to the end. I carefully executed every step and put conditional targets as needed to have better control. I became very comfortable doing this.

Now I have the ability to design, lay out and execute a plan. I gained much more from this apprenticeship, such as the ability to give a public speech, to control things in an event, to organize people and motivate them to enjoy working with and for me.

Business Degree: Executive Direction

My name is Jonathan Turton.  I am from northern California and just finished the How To Increase Efficiency In Your Company course.

j0309621I have wanted to take this course since I started the degree program at Hubbard College of Administration. This course taught me many things to keep production lines flowing smoothly.  It taught me what to do in order to make sure that I’m always productive with my duties and responsibilities.  In addition, I learned how to handle slows and stops in production from an executive and or senior viewpoint, and what to do with employees that don’t understand well and duplicate your directions. This course was definitely worth it and it could help anybody or any business to speed up production!!!

Business Degree: Public Relations Defined

My name is Jamie Chang.  I am from Los Angeles and am studying at Hubbard College of Administration International to earn my Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and Administration.  I just finished the Public Relations course.

I used to think that a public relations person (PR) is someone who looks pretty or handsome, dresses nicely and standing on some stage making a speech.  It wasj0289528someone meets a lot of people. At that time, a PR position was a really interesting and admirable line of work. Yet it was something that was quite easy.

After learning this course, I realize being in PR isn’t a piece of cake. To become good at PR, you have to have the ability to handle every possible circumstance with an ability to confront and get the best solution for the majority of the publics. I’ve gotten so much out of this course!  One thing that is very new to me is that PR is not just for a company or a business. PR tech can actually apply to your own personal life as well. During the course, I learned how to handle any rumor or lies about me that may be created and how I can avoid them along with making myself better known as well.

Master Consultant: Evaluating Logics

Hi my name is Damiano Shehu.  I am from Albania and am studying at Hubbard College to earn my Master Consultant certification.  I just finished the Data Series Evaluators course.

The Data Series is comprehensive and applicable to any process of decision-making. The premise of this course greatly facilitates the evaluation of data. Since wej04433672are constantly, in our busy lives, surrounded with immense torrents of data, it’s essential to have a system by which data is categorized according to importance. The course takes an effective approach to unravel the principles of logic and sanity.

In this course, sanity is defined as the ability to recognize differences, similarities and identities. Logic is defined as the process of reasoning by which we come to conclusions.  In its entirety, the process of sound thinking is contingent on the quality of the data.  Thus, it becomes imperative that one recognizes the different qualities of factual data from opinions. Furthermore, when an arbitrary is entered into an equation, the end result will be incorrect. So, in order for one to be sane, one has to recognize differences, similarities and identities. This is a datum of terrific magnitude!

After one has grasped the concept of sanity and logic, the course enters into another dimension. The dimension of correcting something that is not ideal in order to make it ideal or as close to ideal as possible. The major departure from the ideal scene is referred to as a situation. Every situation has a reason or a “WHY” for occurring. In a business, a situation could be low sales or low response from a marketing campaign.  It could also be subpar quality products. In this course you learn the technology of finding any situation and recognizing it, and then how to apply a step-by-step procedure that locates the actual reason for the departure from the ideal scene. That’s how formidable this course is!
