Master Consultant: Secrets of an Executive
Hi, this is Stella Ou. I am from Taiwan and currently studying to become a Master Consultant at Hubbard College of Administration International. I’ve just completed the course Executive Tools.
An executive is someone who is capable and able to control and manage his job well. This is the course that certainly teaches you all secrets en route to an
efficient and effective executive. You’ll never fail to be an executive if you follow exactly what this course teaches; all the planning, setting targets, how to handle upset situations, how to deal with problematic people and even how to systematically file your folders.
Funny thing is that, many executives don’t even pay any attention to any of these minimal details. Many believe that it’s the staff’s innate ability to have everything ready and in a presentable manner when in fact the executive himself first has to know all these minimal details. Once you grasp the essence of management, managing becomes the easiest job in the world for you!
It was almost like a coaching role in that I oversaw the person doing this, but it wasn’t actually me handling the person’s stuck flows, slows in communications, and unnecessary particles. This not only immediately increased production, but also put tools there for them to use when I was gone. In fact, one sale that I closed (purely incidental) was simply applying these tools by having the salesman implement them in his day-to-day environment.
Have you ever asked yourself what it takes to be able to find the real problem in a business? Or what it takes to be a business consultant? What should a consultant be able to do? As a newly certified 
sense. This is where I come in! I approach the business of consulting companies by first making sure the leaders are doing well personally. It is my duty as a business consultant to help individuals expand and prosper. This is what you learn how to do on the Master Consulting program at Hubbard College. I noticed that I had the ability to work and expand any business without having any experience in that business. A business consultant just needs to know where to look for problems and once he finds the real problem, he can then suggest solutions.

From this apprenticeship, I realized that a good program and a well-set plan will obtain the valuable final products (VFPs) both effectively and efficiently. Creating effective programs is the first step. It is vital to have this step in before one can even think about organizing the execution of such programs.
It was an honor to work with the company representative, Caroline Hallak and degree student, Miranda Hazen. Caroline is a designer for bridal gowns and I’ve always been interested about fashion. From this apprenticeship, I now realize how important it is to issue the “Basic Purpose” as a first policy in a company, because any company wants their brand to be well known by public. This is what the “Basic Purpose” policy learned on the course does. After doing this apprenticeship, I now know how vital the practice of issuing policy to a company is in helping it materialize the owner’s ideas and ultimately reaching its goals.

I really learned a lot from this course. I learned what positioning is. It’s basically when you take a product, which is familiar to any public and compare it with your product that they aren’t familiar with. By doing this, the public will understand what your product is, and the message will convey to them more easily.
I have gained many newfound abilities and made many new contacts for future business opportunities. The thing I am most thankful for is that I was able to work in a
