After the course “Effective Leadership,” I gained more knowledge of what an executive should be and do. This course not only tells you how to be an executive, but also tells you how to appoint other executives. An executive is not only in charge of a group of employees; an executive could also be in charge of a group of executives. Therefore, it is important that executives choose good executives to work with as well as choosing good workers.

Just designating a person to be an executive isn’t enough. You have to observe them, supervise them and test them. What if you discover that he or she is not a good executive? What should you do next? There is a certain way to handle the situation. Those are some of the techniques that I learned.

There are known successful ways to operate as an executive. I do not need to always take the risk of making an untried decision because I know exactly what should be done. And, I will do it.

Having good knowledge of my area and gaining effective knowledge to achieve any desired objective are key elements of effective leadership.
